They abruptly let go as they were hit with a stunning spell. "Sorry guys!" Creevey shouts and falls back as he's hit with the killing curse. The large group didn't hesitate to split up and run, and they couldn't help but wonder if it would be the last time they'd see each other.

Meanwhile, Fred was starting to seriously annoy his family inside the school. "Calm down Fred," Molly says and he turns to face her. "Mum, that's my best friends, family, and girlfriend out there. Those are people that I love who could be dying trying to save the school. I'm not gonna calm down until they're back here safely," he says and she drops it, going back to where she was sitting.

She couldn't help but worry for him, this stress couldn't be good after what had happened earlier. "George, will you go get him to at least sit down?" She says and he nods, seeing how worried she was and going off his own concern.

"Freddie," he begins but Fred shakes his head. "No George. I'm not gonna go back over there and wait," he says and his twin chuckles a little. "I know that. I brought you a chair. I'm gonna sit here with you too so it isn't so bad," he says and Fred turns to his brother and smiles a little.

"Thanks George," he says and the younger twin simply shrugs but smiles anyway.

There were six of them — Draco, Harry, Hermione, Ron, Katelin, and Morgan. Neville, Ginny, and Luna had long since been separated from them.

The golden trio were fighting one specific person whilst the other three were firing separate people. Lucius had taken a liking to his son's girlfriend, so he couldn't hurt her so he went for the next best target — Sirius Black's daughter.

"Ready to give up yet, Black?" He laughs maniacally as she scowls. "I think you'll find that I don't give up very easily," Morgan retorts and hits him with a stinging hex. "Such a simple hex, Black. Are you sure you can't do much better than that?" He shouts condescendingly, waving his wand and shouting, "CRUCIO!"

The girl falls to the ground, writhing as the curse takes effect. Morgan attempted to grab her wand, to beg him to stop, but she couldn't move. "Not my friend you bitch!" Katelin shouts and takes down her Death Eater.

She points her wand at Lucius and practically spits the word, "Expelliarmus!" Immediately his wand went flying and the other girl stopped moving, but was trying to get back on her feet. Seeing her struggle, Hermione came over as Katelin finished off Malfoy. "Stupefy!" She shouts and the man falls over, a grimace on his pale face.

As they're about to run off to do something else, they hear the two words that no one wanted to hear:

"AVARDA KEDAVRA!"

The ones to fall were Morgan and Katelin, they had been clipped by the curse, but neither were dead for someone else had taken the hit:

Cho Chang.

I stared numbly at my friends as they fell to the ground. I shook my head and stood to face the one who had killed a student, possibly three. "Check for a pulse!" I shouted to Ron, who nodded and I scowled as I faced the all too pleased Death Eater. "Reducto!" I hiss angrily and I don't feel the least bit sorry as he disappears.

Fred and Draco are gonna have a heart attack, I think to myself as someone comes and take the girls away. I look to where Draco is still fighting before I finally turn to my brother. "Were they alive?" I ask hesitantly.
