She had just listened to the message Will left her. About how she was right to stay with Peter. What? Alicia couldn't believe he'd actually said that. The same man who five minutes earlier was so confident that they should be together. The same man who'd made her heart race with the ideia of a relationship.

Alicia listened to the message over and over again, and her heart sunk every single time. No. She wouldn't accept this. She wouldn't just drop the subject and move on, like they always did. She was tired of their bad timing. To hell with bad timing! She wouldn't let this get in between them again.

Alicia had decided and was confident of her decision. With that, she took a deep breath and dialed. "please pick up, please pick up", she kept repeating in her mind while the phone rang. -Yeah... – thank God! - Will, we really need to talk. In person.

- Ali-

-Are you still at the office?

-Yeah, but wa-

-Stay there. I'll meet you in twenty minutes.

As Alicia put her cell down, she let go of the breath she hadn't realised she was holding until that moment. She couldn't believe she had actually done it, she had managed to get through the conversation. Well, she wasn't sure that brief call could be considered a conversation, but she did it. Now she just had to get to Will.
