Lexis Simpson was your everyday typical, average teenager with mood swings that would drive you up the wall and even though she may not have been your brightest student...it was pretty safe to say her grades were occasionally acceptable and sometimes beyond belief.
However with all that's happened in her life you can't really blame the seventeen year old for the amount of naivity and innocence she displays because it's enough to have your father leave you, your mother and little sister behind but it's also enough to have your mother lie to you for the majority of your whole life.
One night after being dragged along to a party by her best friend Nicole, give or take a few drinks here and there under the influence of her peers, it's a recipe for disaster when out of nowhere in her drunken state of mind a car appears infront of her. The next thing you know, she's lying in a hospital bed.
But what the worst part is you ask? Not even naive, innocent, little Lexis can remember her own name.
But then again, who expected her to, right? It's all about the mission to self discovery however she never got the memo.
