Any contributor may request to leave Infinite Jump at any time. It is their choice to finish up their story within Infinite Jump or continue it on their own profile. Any contributor who leaves Infinite Jump loses their spot and cannot leave or take vacations or hiatus for extended periods of a time. It is possible to be granted vacation time due to circumstances if requested, but no contributor may pull out of Infinite Jump then return to it with the same story. Any contributor may submit new work if they terminated an old project and it follows the process for all new works:

New work submitted will be evaluated for quality by the managing team. Managers then decide if the work fits with Infinite Jump standards. They cannot evaluate a work based on whether they personally like it or not. Works can only be evaluated for creativity and for writing quality. Highly objective traits such as personal preferences will not be taken into consideration. Any new work will then be put into serialization. If the maximum number of spaces is full, no new works will be put into serialization but will be kept on hold, in order of submission. They will then be rotated in if contributors leave or if Infinite Jump expands. First chapters of new, potential stories can also be used as content sections of the magazine to promote the work on the contributor’s page, if they choose to write it away from Infinite Jump on their own profile (highly recommended).
