After he had defeated Pien he was announced as the next future hokage of Konoha , his lineage was revealed and no longer anyone saw him as the kyuubi but love him with all their
heart. He was now running towards the hokage tower for his new mission with his friend Sakura. As he arrived he was welcomed with an angry Sakura. She said" YOU BAKA!!! how long did you planned to make me wait. You are becoming more like Kakashi-sensei." Although they have grown up and many changed their way they looked at Naruto, these two remain the same , always fighting and shouting at each other but they have the closest relationship in the village.Naruto" sorry Sakura chan I woke up late" "Huh, you better be" said sakura suspiciously. Tsunade inturrepted " okay, you two quit acting like five year old kids and concentrate, this mission is from west of the fire country, there are reports of some disturbance, I want you , Sasuke and Sakura to investigate it." "Wasn't it suppose to be me and her, from where did this teme came from" Naruto said disappointly." " Are you afraid , dobe that you won't be able to keep up with me "sasuke inturrupted appearing with a puff of smoke. Although Sasuke don't show it but in his heart he bore a deep love for the blond, but was afraid that he would be rejected. Naruto said " you bet you teme , you won't be able to keep up with me."
