Falling.

It was pitch black. There was literally nothing surrounding Loki. He was just falling through space...Again. Like an idiot, Thor had destroyed the BiFrost with Loki just falling through the Abyss like nothing ever happened. Why did he even bother trying to help anyone with anything anymore? Oh, yeah. He did promise to try and be nicer and ATTEMPT to be of some assistance to the people of Asgard.

Where was he going to land though? The last time this had happened, Loki found himself dropped to the world of the Chitarui, helpless and pretty much useless. Controlled by the power of the Tesseract, Loki became a mindless slave to them, he certainly didn't want that happening again.

He thought of the one place he could land and maybe find some solace. Earth. But where exactly should he land on Earth? He was a wanted fugitive throughout the nine realms by now, and more than wanted on Earth. Did he trust a boring mortal to help him escape? Maybe just one, but surely he would turn him over to Director Fury once he found him. Oh, well. Wouldn't hurt to try.

The darkness became unbearable for Loki, so he imagined HIM and his silly Tower. The hole in the floor that was left after he was brutally tossed around by the Hulk. The smashed window that he had thrown him through. He imagined every little flaw that was the Stark Tower, and the man known as Tony Stark.

Oh who was Loki kidding? The moment he thought of the Tower and everything that happened when he was last there, he literally fell into Tony's lap. As a matter of fact, he smashed Tony into the ground and almost broke the poor human , had he not slighty caught himself on his pathetic landing. At least he landed though.

Tony's slight cough from under him alerted him to the fact that he was still laying on top of him.

"Oh, my apologies Stark. I was falling, again, but this time I knew where I needed to land, so that's what I did." Loki attempted to get up, but once he felt a slight tug on this armour, he realized that he was attached to Tony. More like his armour was attached to the wife beater he was wearing.

"Seems like we are attached to each other. How's this going to help our situation?" Tony was being a little more snarky than usual, especially since he was currently lying underneath none other than Loki. Who, if he really looked, was actually quite...NO! Absolutely not going with that train of thought!

"Let me just..." The moment Loki moved, Tony heard his wife beater rip, and knew that was the end of that shirt. Once Loki heard the rip, he, not so gracefully, got up from his position on Tony, carefully removing the remnants of his shirt from his armour.

Tony just shrugged and walked over to his mini bar for a drink. It was only 2 in the morning for Christ's sake. Why couldn't he have a drink, especially when he thought that Loki was...No Stark! He mentally slapped himself for letting his thoughts wander...Man, he really needed to get laid. Maybe he would ask Steve, or Pepper if they wanted some action again. Maybe he could have them both at the same time again.

When Tony turned around, he was slightly startled when he realized that Loki was still standing in his Living room. He slapped his hand over his heart and nearly spilled his scotch. He seriously needed to get some sleep, and think about turning Loki over to Fury. But that's a converstaion for morning.

"Loki, I seriously need sleep, and now that your stupid self is here, I definitely need sleep. There is a room down the hall that you can use, and my room is right through that door. Please don't knock, unless absolutely necessary." With that, Tony walked through his bedroom door, promptly slamming it shut, and collapsing onto his extremely comfortable mattress, and immediately falling asleep.

Loki on the other hand, slowly walked to the door Tony had pointed out, opening it with extreme caution. Who knows what Tonky keeps hidden in all these rooms? When the door  opened to reveal a bed and an adjoining bathroom, Loki thought about taking a shower, but the bed seemed more inviting. Might as well take advantage of the only sleep he may get while he's back on Earth. Magicking his PJ's in place of his armour, Loki flopped down on the pillow top mattress and, like Tony, immediately fell asleep, with one last thought. Tomorrow will hold a whole new adventure for him and his 'Roommate'.
