~Morgan's POV~
I blinked quickly as I wiped mascara on my lashes. I pushed my self up off my chair and grabbed my denim jacket as I walked out my bedroom door. "Morgan!" Mum called "Ten minutes till we leave!", "Okay, I'm basically ready" I called back as I walked down the hall, stopping at the old mirror Mum refused to throw away and smoothing down my tight black dress, I ran my hands through my shoulder length light brown hair and then I walked into the kitchen to find mum leaning on the table, typing on her computer.
"Where's Dad?" I asked Mum grabbing my bag, "He left for work 30 minutes ago." Mum replied, "Oh." I said, Typical, of course Dad doesn't even wish me luck on my first day of school.
~Ethan's POV~
I walked into class and headed to the my usual seat when I saw someone else sitting there, "Am I in your seat?" The girl asked in an accent I hadn't heard before, "No, It's fine." I replied grabbing the seat next to her, She looked at me as I hung my bag on the back of the chair, "I can move if you'd like." She said, "It's fine, really it's probably better if I'm not next to my friends anyway." I replied, "Okay, Morgan, by the way." Morgan said holding out her hand for me to shake,
"Oh, I'm Ethan" I said shaking her hand.
BELL RINGS.
I then tried to focus on the teacher, but the only thing I could think about was how beautiful Morgan was.
~Morgan's POV~
"Hello class, Today we have a new student." Mr.Hart announced "Morgan,
could you please come up here and tell the class a little about yourself?". Ugh, my first day and I'm out in a position that I could embarrass myself in front of the whole class, But I did as he said and made my way to the front of the class. "Hi, I'm Morgan. I'm 16 years old and I moved her from New Zealand" I said, I felt awkward but I saw Ethan's face in the class and that made me keep going. "I really like Surfing, Skateboarding and um... running, I'm training to run a marathon." I continued. "Well thank you for that Morgan." Mr.Hart said as I sat down.
I looked at Ethan and saw him staring at me, I blushed and looked away, even though I was glad.
