Two shadows loomed over the high school building, the moon shimmering behind them. Lightly landing on telephone poles, the only sound that was heard was the fluttering of feathers. Then the physical beings that created the shadows crouched down, with their wings out, staring at the old high school complex. Any person who saw the two creatures would stare then rub their eyes, thinking that they were just seeing things. It was rare for a normal person to be out at this time of the night, and the winged beings knew it. One of them was a male; the other a female. Stunningly beautiful and breathtaking, both of them fit with defined figures and high cheekbones and eyes that seemed to change hues on whim. The girl had long luxurious hair, a glistening black mane that was tied back into a high ponytail with a string with small tinkling bells on it. Her wispy bangs danced around her almond-shaped perfect face, looking sexy yet innocent. She wore black fingerless gloves with white bandages wrapped up to her elbows, and black cuffs on her elbows as well. She wore a dark tube top underneath a white lace-upvest paired with tiny black cargo shorts. Lace-up boots covered her feet with coverings on her knees and a black garter on her left leg held a kunai knife. A intricate tattoo with mysterious symbols glimmered in the moonlight on her right shoulder, akin to the boy next to her. He too had on a mostly-black outfit, with long dark cargo pants, a black sleeveless turtleneck covered by a white buckle vest and fingerless arm gloves. Their wings moved in rhythm with each other as they looked down at the dark building in front of them.
*In Japanese* "So this is where they're going to hit next, eh Yu-chan?" the girl spoke. Nodding to the girl, the boy replied, "This place looks like a piece of crap. Don't know why they would pick a place like this, Yu-kun" Looking at each other in silent agreement, they stood up and without the slightest sound, they took off into the gloomy night sky.
