Short summary:
Joan Kass was a happy woman. She had a loving husband and two loving sons, her wonderful job that she loved payed well, she was overall a happy person. People loved to be around her because of the loving energy she gave off.

On Tuesday, July 24, she was found dead in a parking lot after she left for a business trip in Spain a week prior. She wasn't supposed to back until another week after. From the look of it, it seemed like Joan jumped from the 10 story building above, falling to her death. Further examination of her dead body uncovered a mystery that nobody expected. Her arms and legged seemed to have been bounded, blunt force trauma to her head suggested being beaten, and the most gruesome thing the detective found was horrifying.

All her toes were cut off and all her fingernails gone. So what really happened to the wonderfully happy Joan Kass?
