ANDY'S POV
After I have known that they are replacing Miranda as Editor in Chief of Runway I was furious. They can't do that, Miranda made Runway the most successful fashion magazine in the universe they just can't simply replace her. Miranda is Runway.
Leaving Christian's apartment I immediately called Miranda for me to inform her about the news, after three rings she picked the call.
"Oh God, there you are" I said without even saying hello.
"Excuse me!?" That was Miranda, I can tell she's furious. I was about to tell her about was what really the call is about but before I even speak another word she ended the call. Well, she do that all the time.
Well I guess the only choice I have is to tell her personally. I then went to the hotel we were staying at. I knocked at her door, one, two, three and the knock turns to banging, why wouldn't I be she is not opening the door. After a few seconds of banging the door, it opened and Miranda isn't alone, together with her is the Chairman of Ellias Clark, Mr. Ravitz.
"I'm sorry to bother but I need to talk to..." before I can finish what I was about to say Miranda showed up and she looks like she was about to eat me whole.
"Have you lost your mind!? Do not disturb me, AGAIN!" Her saying emphasizing the again.
"But Miranda there is..." there she is again cutting what I was about to say by closing the door.
I have only one chance, before the luncheon starts I badly need to inform her. I quickly changed my dress and went to the venue for the luncheon waiting for Miranda. I stood there waiting for her to show up, finally I saw her.
"Miranda they are making Jacqueline  Follet as the new editor in chief of runway and I though if I tell you now you could to something to fix it" there it is, I was finally able to tell her. But the response I got was way farther than what I expected.
"Do I smell freesias?" Miranda asking
"No, I specifically told them..." answering her question
"If I see freesias anywhere I would be very disappointed" she said then walking away.
Really!? Miranda? Did she hear what I said?
The luncheon started and Nigel was introducing Miranda.
"The brilliant editor in chief of runway, Miranda" that was Nigel.
Miranda stood up, walking towards the stage.
"Thank you my colleague and dear friend, were here today to celebrate our dear friend James Holt but before I introduce James Holt and his many accomplishments there is some news I would like to share. Many of you know that Massimo Cortleleoni is funding the James Holt label. Time cames when he needs a new president for the James Holt International he chose in the runway family and it is my happiness to share that it is my colleague and dear friend...Jacqueline Follet."
I was shocked and I can tell Nigel also was. Nigel expected that position. How? There are many things running on my mind.
