ETHANS POV

 It was hard moving across the country for my senior year of high school. I have been here since the beginning of summer and me and my twin brother, Grayson, have made some friends. 

School starts Monday and since it's the last Friday of summer, one of our friends Jordan is throwing an end of summer party. Grayson tried begging me not to go because he doesn't "want mom to have to put up with my high or drunk ass" well my regular self isn't the greatest either so, it really doesn't matter.

I guess you could say I am a 'trouble maker' That's part of the reason why we left New Jersey.  I got expelled and my mom loves California so, why not move across the country instead of into a new district?  I will never know.

Our older sister Cameron stayed in New jersey for college. 

"Bro what time does the party start again?" i asked Gray who was on the other end of the counch on his phone.

"7:30, but I thought you weren't going?" he said. 

"No, you asked me not to go and I told you to 'go fuck yourself'." i said getting up and going to my room.

I got to my room and walked into my bathroom that was connected, and jumped into the shower. When I got out I dried my hair and got dressed. I wore a blue tank, black ripped jeans, and black vans. 

I looked at my phone and it was 7:45. Perfect, we can be fashionably late.

"Yo E! You ready?" Gray called. I grabbed my black vans hat snap back and put it on, backwards of course. 

He was standing at the bottom of the steps wearing a pink short sleeved shirt, black jeans, and white converse with his light brown hair slicked back. That douche always tries to one up me. He grabbed his car keys of off the hook by the door but I said "Oh hell no. I'm driving." i said holding up the keys to my BMW.

We walked out and he got into the passenger side and i got into the drivers side. I started the car and sped off down the road following the directions my phone was giving me. 

Once we got to the party I parked a few houses down not wanted my car to get trashed by a bunch of drunk teenagers.

We got out and walked to his house and just walked in. The music that was blasting could be heard from the next neighborhood. There sweaty people grinding, dancing, and swallowing each other. I headed straight for the kitchen assuming that is where all the drinks would be, and I was right. 

I got my drink and headed to the guys. There was a circle of them consisting of Jordan, Austin, Grayson, Liam, Cory, and Carter. I stood between Carter and Austin considering they were the closest friends I had here. We stood there talking for awhile until I heard a huge amount of girl laughter. I turned around slightly to get a look and there were a few friends who came in through the back door. But one of the three, caught my attention. She had dirty blonde hair, almost light brown, and hazel eyes. She was wearing jean shorts, her whole ass almost out of them, and an army green crop top. She was beautiful. 

I was shocked I hadn't seen her at any of the other parties over the summer.

"Hey dude, who is that girl?" i asked slapping Austin shoulder lightly to get his attention. 

"Oh Addyson? That's Tyler's girl bro, I wouldn't try anything if I were you. They have been together since the summer before freshman year." he said almost like he has had to explain the situation to many people.

I don't care if she has a guy or not, I have to talk to her.
