Harleigh

Heyyyyy so I was in the mood for writing so I started a new story. This will start soon I have to finish a few chapters first. I'm trying a new method for writing so I hope this works. This book is a mixture of lots of things. Love, loss, darkness, and dont forget my favorite awkwardness. Here is the description plus a little of the first chapter.

Luc was a adorable little boy but once he grew up he was consumed by darkness and temptation. Harleigh is a shy and innocent little girl who grew up smart and beautiful. What will happen when their paths cross? Will it be a miserable attempt at friendship? Or will it succeed and become best friends maybe even add to love?

   My phone flashes with notifications as I check them.
   "Harleigh come on your going to be late to school."
   "Ok I'm almost done mom." I say putting on a pair of grey joggers and a blue sweatshirt with my favorite black converse. I look in the mirror at my hazel eyes and start to fix my curly mane of red hair. I run downstairs and grab a poptart and get in mom's car.

I walk over to my friend group. Me and my friends are a lot alike. There's Darcy she has long brown hair and blue/brown eyes and she's skinny, Tyler (yes Tyler's a girl) she has natural wavy blonde hair and grey eyes plus she's a just a little chubby to where she's the perfect weight.
    "Hey Harleigh are you going to eat that?" Darcy asked pointing to my pizza.
   "No you can have it." I reply looking at my phone.
   "Hey"...to he continued.
