"Callie"

"No you idiot it's the tooth fairy. Now why the hell is our kids being looked after by everyone apart from their god damn father?"
Jared gets up and walks towards her he reaches out to her but she steps back anger on her face.

"Baby i thought.... you died.....how are you...."

Jared falls to his knees his pain hitting Callie at the same time. Paul leaves them to it knowing that right now they just need each other. Callie goes to her knees and touches Jared's face.

"Babe look at me!"
Jared lifts his tear stained face. The two just stare at each other there inner wolves happy that there mates are back where they belong. Jared pulls her to him and kisses her with so much want and passion that it makes her heart explode. He has been preying that this was all a bad dream and now that he can feel her, kiss her and smell her he can't control himself. Callie pulls away and looks at the man she loves with all her heart.

"Baby i love you and all but you stink. Like really bad."
The two laugh as tears of happiness fall down their face. Jared reaches into his pocket and pulls out the one thing that he needs her to have.

"Baby I wanted to wait for the perfect time to do this but losing you scared me. I can't go another day without having you know just how much you and the kids mean to me. I know i have let them down but i promise baby i will be the best father they could ever wish for. I promise that i will be the best guy that you could ever want. I love you so much that I would literally give my last breath if it meant saving you. Callie ever since you came into my life it has been perfect. Baby will you make me the happiest guy in the world and become Mrs Callista Larentia Cameron, will you marry me?"

Callie looks at him momentarily stunned, before she says yes over and over again. Callie watches as he slides the ring on to her finger and then the two kiss.

"Right you go and get cleaned up and i will get the kids ready to take home."

"Okay baby. I love you."
"I love yo too."
Callie kisses him once more and then heads back down stairs, she goes straight to the kids and asks Leah where there car seats are. Leah and Seth go and get everything ready and Melody sits beside Callie.

"I am so sorry Melody. You shouldn't have had this lumbered on you."
"Don't be silly Jared was hurting and you were well dead."
The two woman laugh and Sam and Paul help Leah and Seth get the baby things ready. By the time everything is ready a fresh faced Jared walks into the room. He goes straight for Callie and picks Hunter up. They place the kids in there car seats and then carry them out to Sam's truck. Once they are strapped in Callie hugs Melody.

"Thank you for everything Melody. I will pop over..."
"No you, Jared and the kids enjoy you time. Congratulations by the way."
Melody runs her finger over the engagement ring and smiles at the girl who has made her sons life a thousand times better since she walked into it.

The pack are all at Sam's with there imprints wondering what is going on. Most of them think it is about Callie's funeral. None of them actually want to believe that they will soon have to lay her to rest and those poor children. Rachel and Emily sit there looking sombre they not only lost a pack guardian but a true friend. They hear the sound of Sam's truck pulling up and patiently wait for him and Paul to come inside. When they see him followed by Paul with Hunter and then Jared with Nevaeh followed by Seth and Leah they know that it is to do with the funeral. They all put there heads down and Callie takes that as her opportunity to walk in.

"Why the glum faces."

Every single head snaps up and they all look at her in shock. Quil pinches Embrey and he says ow what was that for.

"I thought i was dreaming. Embrey i think i see dead people."
Sam, Paul, Jared and Jake laugh and then they all take a seat. The council arrive and smile when they see the family reunited. Each one of them bow to Callie who raises an eyebrow.

"Are y'all feeling okay?"
"Take a seat and we will explain everything."
Callie sits down beside Jared who has Nevaeh in his hands, Paul passing Hunter to her. She looks at her two beautiful babies and can't help the smile that breaks out on her face.

"They are so beautiful. You did brilliant Tink."
Paul kisses his sisters head and then Billy goes to the family.

"Callie, Jared, Hunter and Navaeh these rings symbolize our families honouring you. Callie you are not only the pack guardian you are also the chosen Daughter of Taha Aki."
The pack gasp and all say no way.

"Wait what does that mean exactly?"
"There was another prophicy besides the Guardian Wolf. It was said that a member of our tribe would have pure Taha Aki blood running through there veins. We would know this when that wolf dies but days after there death there body would still be warm when it should be ice cold. Callie it was you, you are the chosen daughter. You are truely immortal and so are Jared, the kids and any future kids you may have."

"Wow"

"You can say that again babe."
She goes to say it again and Jared stops her by kissing her. Billy then hands her the four rings.

"These belonged to us four council members they now belong to you and your family. Any wolf that sees these will know that you are the daughter of the first ever wolf. You are a true wolf princess."
"What about the whole guardian thing though?"
"You are still the guardian. Callie you and Jared are now royalty among our kind. Your kids will always be protected by any tribe of wolves they come into contact with."
Callie looks at Billy in shock, the sound of the babies crying as her pulling away. Leah goes to Hunter and picks him up and Seth gets Navaeh. Jared and Callie look at them and Callie feels like a failure already. She gets up and walks out tears streaming down her face. Jared looks to Leah and Seth anger emitting through his body.

"You two ever do that again i will kill the both of you. Do you understand?"
"Jared they are just hungry...."
"Then tell their parents what times they usually feed don't take them off them. Just remember that until a few hours ago she was dead. Now i am going to get my fiance and then we are going to feed our children, got that?"
Leah and Seth nod and watch as Jared walks out of the house going to Callie. Sam looks to Leah and Seth, who look terrified.

"Your going to have to tell them sooner or later but i agree if you make Callie feel like that again i will hurt you both myself. Do something decent and the two of you go and right down what time the kids usually get fed and any helpful thinks that Callie will need."
Sam takes Nevaeh and Paul takes Hunter whilst Emily gets the bottles ready. Callie and Jared walk back in and Callie takes both her babies and goes up the stairs. Jared gets the bottles and looks to everyone.

"She is just overwhelmed and wants to spend sometime with the kids."
"That's okay we can speak to her again in a few days."
"Thank you all for bringing her back. I was lost without her."

"No problems. Just go and spend some time with your family Jared."
He smiles and then walks up the stairs to there room. He sees Callie cradling the two and he goes to join her. Taking Hunter into his arms he passes Callie the bottle for Nevaeh and the two feed there children and spend time together like they should have from day one. Callie just hoping that she can connect with her kids like everyone else seems to already have.
