Interview:
Do you outline as you write or do you rely on your thoughts?
I outline roughly what I want to happen, I have a plan written out. It doesn't go according to plan most times however, and I get ideas that I write down. Bursts of spontaneous sessions are the best way to write, then I go back over to make sure it makes sense.
Who's your favorite character in your novel?
I love all my characters, but I have to favour my main character over the rest of them, don't I? Kris, the MC of my novel, is my favourite character.
What's one thing you have to have while writing?
Music, it helps me to focus on the task at hand.
How do you feel about negative comments on your story?
I don't really have any negative comments, only positive ones and ones with constructive criticism in them.
Have you based any scenes in your story from real life experiences?
There's a very small scene in chapter 5, where Kris' bus card won't work for her - that happened to me, I thought I'd add it in.
Who designed your cover?
I did, I know it's not very good though. It's the best I could do.
What are your current projects?
Well, Caged like an Animal is my main project. I also have three fanfictions, but I'm mainly focusing on two of them. One is about NCIS, the other is a spin-off of Torchwood - based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Do you have any advice for new writers?
Don't feel silly for asking other writers for help, chances are, they'll be will to sort out any problems you have. Enjoy yourself.

How do feel about being the only werewolf in your family?
It's horrible, like I don't even exist. To them, I'm probably more of a hindrence than anything else, a burden they have to deal with.
Is there anyone you fancy? Who has caught your interest? ;)
Well.. yeah, you could say I fancy him. He's been very kind to me, and helped me put Hunter straight. Carter's a real sweetheart, he's perfect.
How did you feel when you woke up in a... *raises eyebrow* cage?
Scared, I was so scared. The only other time I had been that scared was after I'd been bitten. I didn't know where I was or what was happening, it was horrendous! And not very comfortable.
What's your favorite song and why?
I don't get to listen to music very often, or had a chance to before I decided to run away. But if I had to choose, Bad Day by Daniel Powter. Everyone has a bad day sometimes, that and I like the tune.
