On the death road

You know these moments when

you feel the trip to death begin

and you'd remember just then

the way your life has been

All the memories come crashing down

memories that would make your frown

they would make you see Black or brown

and in regret you'll probably drown

Then you'd ask yourself

the only question you'd come up with

why did I put my dream on the shelf?

And its realisation was just a wish.

On walking in the death road

you'd remember every directed glare

and everything you foolishly blowed

with your attitude of I-don't-care.

You'll see every fault you made nonchalantly

but dwelling now wouldn't really repair

you'd just lose the last of your sanity

and hopelessness will consume the air.

You'd hear an imaginary voice saying

you wasted your life playing

on the beat of the music swaying

now you'll be miserably repaying.

Why will you suddenly be aware?

where was your conscious back there?

Oh sorry, I forgot you didn't care.

But now remorse will be your only affair.

Why do we wait till the end

To just think things in a better way?

wasting the days of our youth to tend

to hurt others&ourselves in every way.

We don't know when our end is

but I can tell it's nearing

so don't put yourself in the hard quiz

that not everybody could be bearing.

Death is sooner than you think

it could come in a blink

so be sure you won't sink

in the depression it would bring...
