It was just a typical day for me and I was staring blankly outside my condominium unit. The entire view of the city makes it more difficult for me feel at ease with each passing day.

I missed my family, I missed how I live my life way back in the province.

But those sentiments have changed with just a blink of an eye.

There is one reason. And that reason serves as my happy pill, my inspiration, and my love.

Him.

Everytime he crosses my mind, the things that negate me seems too easy to handle. With him by my side, positivity overflows that even a single electron could not enter a positively charged atom. Char char charrrr!

*bzzzt bzzzt*

I look at my phone to see who's calling and there I saw Marco's name on it.

"Yow baby bro" I greeted.

I heard him chuckle, "Ate Mayyyy."

He's being pabebe I must admit. Haha

"Yes?" I could hear from his voice that there's something he'd like to tell me.

"Uhm.. bored kasi ako eh"

"Oh ngayon?" I answered with slightly irritated voice, not because I'm really irritated but I'm trying to tease him. Hahaha!

"Hmmmp. Sungit mo." He said in a 'nagtatampo' way. I could imagine him glaring right now. Looool.

"Joke nga kasi. Oh bakit ka napatawag baby bro?"

Usually he would call me for a movie. That's  our bonding time. But now it's kinda rare to happen due to our busy schedules. You know, showbiz.

"Ano, nood tayo ng movie." Phew! I knew it. I thought it's something serious 😑 His voice could be tricky huh?!

"Suuus, movie lang pala. Osige ba. Pero wait. Day off mo rin ba ngayon?"

"Sa tingin mo mag-aaya ako sa iny-- este sa'yo manood ng movie kung hindi ko day off? Ate May naman. Haha" And there he laughed his ass off until he can't breathe.

"Nakuuu Marco. Kapag nakarating ako diyan sa room mo kukutusan talaga kita!" I said at the top of my lungs.

"Hahahahaha. Sorry naaa." He whined like a child, "Punta ka na dito dali! Magdala ka ng stock mong chichirya ha? Bye." He then hang up the phone. Beystooows!

And so I headed on my secret cabinet to get some junk food. Yes, a secret cabinet. Only me, Marco and my bestfriend Patricia knows about it. I need to have one because I can't stand to be eating vegetables ALONE. It makes me puke 😝 Omo! Did I just share my secret to you guys? Oh no, don't tell him okay? It's just between you, me, Marco and Patricia. Cause if you do, I'll be dead meat. Huhu.

After getting some, I quickly put on a sweater and wore my favorite pig and chicken printed slippers. Leaving my bestfriend who's sleeping at the moment.

Marco's room is just 4 rooms away from ours. In short, we're neighbors. Hahaha! So I easily stormed in and started knocking on his door.

*knock knock*

"Wait up!" He said.

After a few seconds he opened the door and greeted me with a wide smile.

"Woah what's with the smile baby bro?" I said as I entered his room.
