"Do you wanna talk about it?" I said to Luke as he grabbed onto my hand
"Sure."
"You don't have to, I know how hard it is to talk about things."
"No. Its okay."
"You sure?"
"Yeah. Yeah I'm sure. Its been going on for as long ads I can remember. Ana's younger than me by 5 years. So when I was 10 I would see her get beat. Then my mom would beat me because I saw it. I used to go to school with bruises and cuts on my legs and face. People noticed, they didn't do anything. I was alone besides Ana and she really wasn't the greatest person to talk to."
"That's horrible. Luke. I"
"You don't have to say anything. When I got into middle school. I discovered blades. And that I was already covered in scars so who would notice."
"Luke. I'm sorry if you want to keep talking you can but. I don't want to reexperience this."
"What do you mean?"
"Uhm. Nothing."
"No come on Andrea."
"You sure?"
"Yeah. go ahead."
"Okay. Well I wasn't the most normal looking person from kindergarten through middle school. And on top of that in middle school my dad died and my mom got really heavily into drugs and wasn't really there for me. Ash and I weren't talking as much as we usually did because I told him I wanted yo be alone for a while. And that was a very wrong decision on my part because I would sneak knifes into my room. The rest is pretty self explanatory." As I got finished with that last part Luke grabbed my arm and felt it.
"Andrea." he said wiping a tear streaming down my face.
"We've been through a lot." He said.
"Too much. Luke. You need to stay here."
"I know."
"No. Like need to." I said as he was getting up, I stood up and he grabbed my waist and I grabbed his and we just stood there for what seemed like forever.
"Did you bring any clothes?"
"No."
"Oh but you brought your phone and your charger?" I said laughing.
"I'm sure Ash will have something for you."
