Your Love Is All I Needed...

Your love is all I needed,

To get through the day,

To make me feel wanted,

But then something happened,

And I didn't feel the same way,

I ended up just liking you as a friend,

I thought I never wanted it to end,

But now I must pray,

For it to go back the way it was before the friend,

Maybe we rushed,

Maybe that's why you ran away,

Maybe that's why never worked things out,

But it doesn't explain,

Why it caused so much pain,

But now we will never know,

Why we felt this way.

This poem goes out to my ex,

Who ripped my heart from my chest.
