The breakup
With no makeup
Changed her for the worst.
She started questioning her life
And wondered if it was a curse.
Then one boy
Showed her a way
Where sending all those pictures
Was the right way to play.
This made her feel worse
So she turned to something darker
Grabbing a little blade
That was a whole lot sharper.
Cutting into skin felt good
To the girl at that time
All she cared about then
Was cutting in a straight line.
