(Btw richie is going to have a sister in this oneshot and her name is anglica. Also bill and stan have a crush on richie)

"Come on richie your going to be late!" Anglica yelled at richie with a smirk on her face. "I AM NOT GOING IN THIS OUTFIT ANGE!" Richie yelled from up stair while looking in the mirror. Richie was was wear a pink pastel tank top with matching thigh high socks and pastel blue shorts with a golden belt and his signature hair with his glasses.

"It's your fault for losing the bet!

"Bu-"

"NO buts richie. Your going and thats FINAL."

Richie sighed loud while grabing a jaket and going down stairs to meet angelica at the bottom of the stairs.

"OMG you look so fucking cute!" Angelica complemented richie. "No I fucking don't, let's just go already or were going to fucking late!"richie shouted at his sister with a small blush on his freckled face.

"Wow who knew richie would be woried about being late, but your right! Let's go!" Angelica said with a teasing but cheery tone in her voice.

"Where the fuck is richie?" Ben asked while munching his popcron.The loser club were going to hang out at the carnival and they were waiting for the one and only richie tozier before they can go play the games that were at the carnival. But just as ben said that richie at the entrance of the carnival.

"Hey fuckers, sorry I'm late! traffic am i right!" Richie said out of breath cause he ran to them even though he could have walked. That's when the loser club actually turned to look at richie, seeing him in his strange but cute outfit. No one talked at all only to continue staring at richie.

"What?" Richie asked the loser club slightly tugging his top down with embarrassment. "Okay first what are you wearing? Second you actually look really cute with those socksss!" Beverly said grabing richie's hand bouncing up and down with excitement in her words.

"Where did you even get that outfit from anyway richie?" Eddie asked with curiosity laced in his words.

"Ha, long story short i lost my sister in a bet." Richie told the loser club with a small blush on his face.

"Ohhhh" the loser club sighed to understanding that it wasn't actually his clothing choice. Well most of the loser club, except for stan and bill eyeing richie up and down with their faces as red as tomatoes.

"Well come on laddies let's get this show on the road!" Richie said with a accent to the group.

The loser club had played many games at the carnival like ring toss and more. Until they decided to have a small break and eat for a while. Ben and beverly decided to get more pocorn while eddie and mike went to get chilly cheese fries even though eddie's mom tells says it give you 'diabetes'. That left stan, bill and richie together. With awkwardness in the air richie decided to break the tension.

"Well I'm fucking hungry so I'm going to get cotton candy you guys can come too so... bye!" The shorter boy said cheerfully and left to go get some of that delicious cotton candy.

"D-d-do w-w-we f-follow hi-m-m o-or..." Bill asked stan.

"Yeah i think thats a good idea" stan said with a blush on his face, as he was watching richie leave with his eye's glued to the shorter boy's ass. Bill and stan followed richie to the cotton candy stand and got them selfs some of the sticky sugar.

"Bill you got cotton candy on your cheek" richie told the taller boy while pointing to his cheek that had a pink spot of the sweet sugar.

"D-d-did i g-g-get i-t-t?" Bill asked richie while wiping the spot making it spread more. The shorter boy giggled "omg big bil-l-l you are truly hopless," richie said teasing bill while standing on his tippy toes wiping the sweet delight with his thumb.

"T-t-t-t-than-k-ks, t-t-t-trashmouth" bill told richie while blushing hard from the actions the boy did. "Y-y-y-your w-w-welcome." Richie said mocked Bill's adorable stutter. A ting of jealousy hit stan when richie finished whiping bills cheek.

"Okay guy's stop being adorable for a sec so we could go to the ferris wheel" eddie said with a huge smile on his face. Both richie and bill blushed when eddie told them they were adorable. But the loser club followed eddie to the ferris wheel and got their tickets.

"Only two people allowed in each cart please." Said the employee working the ferris wheel, while collecting the people's tickets.

"You heard him mates, get a champ to go with you pip pip!" Richie told the group with a bad British accent. "W-w-well t-t-then r-r-r-richie do-o-o y-you w-want t-t-to g-g-go on the f-f-ferris w-w-w-heel w-with m-m-me?" The older teen asked trashmouth tozier.

"Aww is big bill asking me? Trashmouth to go with him to the ferris wheel? I would be honored." Richie said with a damsel in distress accent while bowing.

"Oka-y-y o-okay, s-s-so i-is that a..."bill asked richie. "Sure I'll go with you big bill" richie told bill while winking at him. The loser club waited in line till it was their turn to go on the colorful wheel.

When it was bills and richie turn, bill was being a gental men. And opened the door for the shoter boy.

"Thank you good sir," richie said with another one of his accents. Bill smiled with a blush and got on the cart with richie. As a few more people got on, the ferris wheel took off. Bill was staring at richie, his jet black hair in the moon looked beautiful with his glasses reflecting the bright colors from the carnival games hiding his gorgeous dark brown eye's. Right there and then was the moment bill was thinking of telling richie his feelings about him. He was pulled out of starring at richie when.

"Are you going to keep staring at me like a creep or...?" Richie told bill while smiling innocently not knowing the trouble he's causing the older teen.

"Y-y-ou do-n-n't s-see i-it d-do y-ou?" Bill asked his voice in a calm matter. "See what?" Asked richie tilting his head to the side with confusion on his face.

Bill went griped richies shoulder. "I'm in love with you for gods sake richie!" I fucking love you okay, i love your shity jokes, your smile, your laugh, your eveything!" Just as richie heard bill say those three words, i love you, trashmouth tozier, already knew what to do.

BOOM.

The fireworks went off at the most important part of bill's and richies day and life. They did something to represent their love for each other, they shared their first kiss with each other.
