1. Always listen to daddy when told to do something,like clean your room or do your homework
2. At lest eat one meal during the day or big snacks , not much candy or sweets (if your sugar is low than that's fine)
3. Bed time is 11:30
4 . Take a break from your phone during the day ,color or watch a movie or do something with pets
5. If you hurt yourself make sure to clean it and tell daddy about it so he can talk to you about it and make you feel better
6. Make sure to do your work in class and get good grades
7. Don't talk to mean people even if you hate them
8. Make sure your room is clean when daddy is over or at lest let him help you ..
