I wanted to get close to him but he kept shutting me out. As if he feared me getting close.

I sat in class biting my lip, thinking of ways to get close to him. I sighed.

"Jackson said meet him after class." I looked to see a guy standing there.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"That's irrelevant. Just meet him at your locker after class." With that he walked off.

When class was over I walked to my locker. He was standing there, arms crossed. He looked at me as I walked up.

"So I was thinking the movies?" He smiled.

"Wow." I shook my head. "Yeah sounds like a plan. Let me put my stuff up."

I put my books up. We walked to the parking lot.

"So I'll meet you there?" I asked.

"Yeah."

We went out separate ways and met up at the movies.

"I pay for the movie you pay for the food?" He suggested.

"Sounds like a plan." I nodded. "But nothing scary."

He looked down at me.

"Too bad, we're watching one." He smiled.

My mouth dropped but I quickly closed it. I hate scary movies.

Jackson paid for the tickets as I bought the food. One large popcorn with two drinks. One order of nachos and some candy.

When I scary part comes up. Stay cool. I told myself.

Well that didn't happen.

"Oh shit." I buried my into Jackson's shoulder holding onto him.

I looked up slowly to see if it was safe for me to look. I looked at Jackson who was smiling but still watching the movie. Smiling as if he accomplished something.

"Can we see another movie?" I asked.

"It's only the beginning." Jackson said.

"Please." I pouted.

His eyes softened up. He sighed and nodded.

"Yeah."

As we were walking out a group of girls stopped him.

"Ahh sorry girls I'm with someone." He nodded and walked off with me.

I thought he was going to leave me for them but he didn't. I smiled.

Am I something to him? Could be possibly be something?

Weeks went by. Me and Jackson got closer but he started to change. He got more possessive over me. He wouldn't let me out of his sight. I couldn't talk to Kihyun like I used to.

I sat in class next to Kihyun. We weren't talking. We didn't even look at each other. Jackson and Mark walked in taking there seats. He looked up at me. I looked at him and scooted my chair away from Kihyun a little bit. Jackson nodded and turned around.

I put my head down and turned it towards Kihyun. He gave me a sad but I told you so look. Class was over and left first.

"Ariel." Jackson called out.

I stopped and turned to him.

"Wanna come over? Tonight?" He asked.

It was the weekend. We didn't have class. If I said no he'd get mad. I don't wanna make him angry.

"Yeah. I'll come over." I smiled.

"Good. See you then." He kissed me before jogging off.

I sighed. What am I in for?
