chapter 1 sharing a room

I wake up to my alarm, its annoying beeping sound making its way into my dreams. I lean up and the room goes blurry, i think you fool out of all the achohol at the party you chose vodca. You chose the one that fucks with you most. Why not grab a Corona, or even a miller light. No instead you chose vodca.

My back up alarm goes off not realising I've  slipped into a daze i shut it off and stand up. I try not to fall, i stand still as if the worlds trying to shake and i have nothing to hold onto.

I check my phone and realise its saturday. I don't work today but i decide to stay up anyways. I walk out of my room meeting my sister in the hallway

"morning amber" she says "yeah morning jess" i say "still regret last night i see" she says "shutup" i say "don't forget about you interview tomorrow" she says "i won't" i say snappy "you will, ill remind you tho" she says "whatever" i say "oh and amber scotts coming over tonight" she says "ill book a room"

i say and she laughs. I walk into the living room browsing the numbers to call for a hotel room. I get to westside in, its cheap, its roomy and it has a pool. I book the room and pack some stuff.

"Interview" yells jess as i walk out the door. I have a interview tomorrow, for my back up acting job. I wanted to be a writer, but daddy's money didn't want that. So actor it is i don't think you can consider it acting though for the fact i usually don't say anything.

I get to my hotel and walk to the front desk. I see a man standing off to the side, he looks familiar like ive seen him before. He turns and looks at me and i stop where im at.

Its him, its the dude from parks and rec, the dude who played owen in jurassic world. Its chris pratt he smiles and walks towards me.

"Hey, im chris" he says "i know" is all i say "oh, well you look lost and i was gonna see if you needed any help." He says shifting his weight to one side

"uhh i haven't checked in yet but you wouldn't happen to know where landside view is" i ask he chuckles "yeah i have an interview there tomorrow" he says " i do to" i say "what time" he asks "uhh 10:30" i say he laughs.

"What?" I ask "i think we have the same interview" he says "oh, mines with troy and" i look down at the sheet of paper jess gave me "omg chris" i say "well mines with troy and amber" he says "your amber" he whispers i nod.

"Umm excuse me ma'am" come from the front desk "all of our rooms have been booked" says the lady "shit" i mumble "what" says chris i turn to see him still standing there "my sisters having her bf oved tonight and this is the only hotel i can offord" i say "oh, you can stay in my room" he says i look uo shocked he laughs "if thats ok with you" he says "uhh umm uh" i stammer "suree" i say "awesome" he says

"Mrs. Reba" he calls "yes mr. Pratt" she says back "this fine young thing is gonna be staying in my room" he says looking at me. Im thinking "he just called me a fine young thing" im screeming on the inside.

"Amber I'll take your bags up" he says and picks up my suitcase. "Are you sure its ok for me to stay with you." I say following him to the elavator. "Yeah it'd be nice having someone to Talk to" he says "im only gonna be here for a day." i say "oh, well it'd be nice having someone to talk to for a day." He says and i laugh. "And hey who knows, maby i could talk you into staying a few more days" he says walking outta the elevator "who knows." I say

we get to his room and he opens the door for me. I stare in awe "pretty nice huh" he says i nod. Its a suite it has a big living room with a big flat screen tv. It has a master bedroom with its own bathroom plus an extra one to the side. It has a kitchen and the best part a big bay window with and i credible view next to it a step up platform with a piano.
Why he needs a piano i don't know.

He takes me bags to the couch and sits them down. Im still looking around in awe. He comes up behind me and whispers "theres a pool" in my ear i laugh and go to turn around. He doesn't move so i bump into him. "Oh sorry" i say i look up at him and he looks into my eyes and kisses me outta no where. He pulls back "sorry" he says "just curious"

i smile "its cool" i say and he laughs "what" i say he continues to laugh "whatt" i say agian "you didn't...know...what happend."  He says in between laughs i blush a little and laugh also "my bad" i say he laughs agian.

After he calms down we sit around and watch netflix "what do you want to watch" he says handing me the remote. I switch it to bobs burgers.

"Wanna make out" he says "what" i say "wanna make out a movie title right under bobs burgers you didn't see it" he says "what no" i say he laughs "im kidding amber" he says "oh" i says

I  stand up and he grabs me by the waist and pulls me into his lap "i wouldn't ask you if you wanted to make out" he says before kissing me "i would just do it unless you told me not to" he says and kisses me again "and you haven't told me not to" he says laying me on the couch be fore getting on top of me and kissing me agian.

This time he doesn't say anything. He just continues to kiss me. I push him back catching my breath in the meantime he smiles and leans back up i sit up also. Im kinda bummed i pushed him back now. But i don't let him know that.

He looks at me and smiles he sticks his arm out gesturing me to scoot closer, i do and he puts his arm around me and smiles. We continue to watch bobs burgers untill around 4:30.

"You hungry" he asks "a lil" i say "wanna order take out?" He asks "yeah ill order." I say picking up my phone. I order what we want and we wait for it to arrive.

We finished eating our take out when i decide to take a shower. I get my clothes, chris is in the bedroom doing god knows what.

I step intothe bathroom, turning on the faucet. I let it warm up while i get undressed. I get intothe shower letting the hot water run over me. It feels good on my skin. I wash my hair and body.

I get out and get dressed i walk back out and see chris on the couch on his phone. I sit down beside him and he scoots closer putting his arm around me. I snuggle into him as we watch forest gump. I fall asleep when forest is talking to jenny at her grave.

"I wake up a couple hours later in the king size bed with chris next to me. I freak out a little onlyto realise its the only bed. I slowly drift back to sleep.
