Since I had some requirements to finish for school I had to fly to Cebu all alone. My teammates were already there since yesterday.
Sucks naman my life. I thought.
Went straight to the house to get my things.
"Baby ikaw lang talaga mag-isa sa flight mo later?" Dad asked.
"Yes, Dad. They're all in Cebu na eh."
"You sure you'll be fine?" I smiled so I can assure him.

Ugh my flight is delayed. For two hours na. I opened my laptop and tried to divert my attention para naman mawala ang inis ko.
"Miss iyo ba 'to?" I lifted my face and I saw my handkerchief. I smiled.
"Yeah, thanks." Then suddenly he sat beside me. And started talking, "So where are you heading to?"
"I'm heading to Cebu?" My brows are furrowed not actually understanding the situation I'm in and why this guy keeps on talking, can he just shut his mouth.
"What are you watching? Oh is that friends? That's a nice show to watch ha. Ted's a natural." I just nodded.
"Sungit naman." He said. Even though that was a whisper I still heard it. Grabe ha, I barely know him kaya. Tapos he'll call me masungit pa. I scanned his whole body. Grabe naman porma nito? San ba 'to pupunta parang ginupit niya lang pants niya. Nadapa ka yata, Kuya?
Then I scanned his face, ay pogi naman pala. Pero hello! That's not the point. I just rolled my eyes and continued watching.
"Alam mo, miss. I'm flying alone din eh. Ang lungkot noh? There's no fun in flying alone." I just raised my eyebrows. He smiled.
"Nauna na kasi sila Mama. Eh late ako nagising, so ayon. Naiwan ako ng plane. I had to reschedule my flight. Ang hassle!"
"Uh, Kuya? Are you that naturally madaldal?" His smile went wider. This boy is an alien.
"Sometimes. It's okay naman to make friends here sa airport, diba? I hate flying alone. Kasi diba sabi ko nga kanina nauna na sila Mama kasi hindi ako nagising tapos naiwan ako ng plane then I had to re-"
"You had to reschedule your flight tapos ang hassle. Diba? Gosh!" I rolled my eyes infront of him. Buti nalang my flight was called na. Tumayo na ako at iniwan na siya dun.
I went to my assigned seat. Gosh, Bea you can do this. I closed my eyes and prayed.
"Uy miss! Ikaw ulit? Tadhana naman talaga oh." Napakunot noo ko and alam ko na kung sino yon, I prayed harder, jusko sana I'm dreaming.
"Huy miss!" I opened my eyes and I glared at him. "Sungit talaga." He chuckled. Pati tawa pogi.
He sat beside me. Tadhana nga naman talaga. I just hope he shuts his mouth. Pero sobrang zero possibility! He's so madaldal.
I'm being rude, pano na ko sa take off? I don't know anymore.
The plane was about to take off and I'm still searching for an answer saan ako kakapit. Sa tshirt ko nalang. I closed my eyes and the plane started to take off. Fuck, I hate this.

So yung masungit na nakausap ko kanina sa airport happened to be my seatmate dito sa plane. She keeps on glaring at me. Nag share lang naman ako!
When the plane was about to take off I was just watching her, she kinda looked stiff. Then I saw how she grabbed her shirt tightly when the plane started taking off.
"You're afraid of take offs." It was almost a whisper cause I can see how afraid she was. How cute.
Few seconds passed and I had no choice but to take her hand. She was so scared I guess she needs a little help? I saw how shocked she was but she held my hand tighter. When everything's okay na she pulled her hand.
"Thanks." I smiled.
"So why are you afraid of take offs?" I looked at her. "Spare me this question since I helped you?"
"Fine. I don't really like the feeling. It feels like the plane can't lift us all up? Daming kayang tao here! Dami pang bagahe!" I laughed. Damn, she's too cute.
"They check planes before flights. For them to make sure that we will safely arrive in our destination."
"Kahit na. I really don't like take offs." She rolled her eyes again.
"Dukutin ko kaya mata mo? Kanina mo pa ako iniirapan. I just saved you from the depths of your despair, Miss."
"I said thank you na kaya. Isn't that enough?" I smiled widely. "No."
"Then what do you want?"
"What's your name?"
"I'm Bea. You are?" Your name suits you.
"I'm Thirdy. Hi Bea! Ganda naman ng pangalan bagay sa mukha. Kaso masyado kang masungit. Try to smile?" Kumunot nanaman noo niya. Then after a few seconds she smiled. After a few arguments, we're finally having a good conversation. We didn't notice that the plane was about to land.
"Paano ba yan, see you when I see you around school?" I said. Hay, this girl.
"Yup. See you." Then we parted ways.
That girl is something else. Damn, baby I was so lost in the moment.
