Eternal love

Chapter 1

I wake up to the sweet smell of sizzling bacon and eggs. I slowly get out of my bed and find Nick at the frying pan.

"Good morning Brooke" said Nick giving me a big smile

"Good morning Nick!" I say runing into his arms giving him a kiss.

I'm so thankful to have Nick as my boyfriend. Ever since last year when we got together my life has been amazing! We used to be best friends in high school, then we realized we both had feelings for each other and we finally got together. He was the only thing that kept me going. Right before we started going out my mom died in a car accident. Then after that my dad became and alcoholic because he couldn't stand the grief that my mother gave him. So I decided to live with my grandmother for the last two years of high school then after that I went to live with Nick. Nick was now one of the only people I could trust. He accepted me for who I was, flaws and all.

I unravel my arms from Nick and take a piece of bacon from the stove.

"Thanks for the breakfast!" I say running to my closet, still eating bacon.

"No problem, and what's the rush? It's Saturday, are you going somewhere?" asked Nick.

"Uh ya, I'm meeting a new client at the coffee shop down the street" I say.

"OK well have fun!" replied Nick.

I ran into my closet and picked out a pair of blue jeans and a white blouse, perfect for a casual Saturday meeting. I quickly get changed, grab my purse and just as I'm about to leave Nick grabs my arm, swings me towards him and kisses me.

"I love you" he whispers in my ear.

"I love you too" I whisper back.

Then I walk out the door.
