A world divided. A galaxy in ruin. They say you know that there are two sides to every story. That is still the case. Though there is always a fine line between good and evil, some tend to forget that the reasons are important. Things change. People change. But some things never change. One of these constants is found in the Jedi Order. Consistent. Timeless. Never failing to uphold the law. That is, almost neber. As you know, there are exceptions to everything. Special happenings that deserve a change in the rules. This tale chronicles one such time when a rule, such as mentioned, was broken and a promise forgotten.
Sweet formed on Liberty Bangle's forehead as she smashed her lightsaber against Obi-Wan, her pretend offender. She was blinded folded, in the presence of Master Yoda, letting the Force guide her, inside the Jedi Temple for Adults. It was a sacred place, its whereabouts only known to the people inside the Temple. It's for the Jedi who require additional training, even Masters. Liberty fought Obi-Wan Kenobi, a smirk playing on her tender rose lips. "Is that all you've got, Slowbi-Wan?" she taunted, knowing her friend's kind of short temper.
Obi-wan squinted, his muscular brow quirking upwards with spunk.
Their sabers continued to bash one another until he say,
"I've got a lot more than you'll ever know!"
With a swift crack, he knocked his light sword into hers, the force blasting through his tiny veins. He felt it. Its warmth
The compassion and aptitude in its touch
He was alone yet not alone.
"AHHH! Aha!" he scremed, in total victory.
"You thought you had won, but nobody beats-"
"Obi-Lose!" Liberty exclaimed, spinning around and breaking their weapons' contact. She flipped around in the air, landing in a split before catapulting into the air again, kicking her friend's saber out of his hands as well as his body.
"Ha! No one defeats me," said Liberty sassily, tucking her light weapon into her belt with satisfaction running through her veins like giddy bunnies in a field.
"Better luck next time, Slowbi-Wan." She winked.
Retaliating somewhat Obiwam blinked. It was more of a wink but not a good one. He wasn't the smoothest of operators.
In defeat, he held up his arms, sweaty palms facing his dastardly yet stunning opponent. Her gaze was electric, and when it met his, it sent a shiver of electric down his manly spine
He couldn't resist it
But he knew who he was. He knew where he was going
So he did what he did
"Victory, m'lady, and a very good start to the day."
His mannerisms suddenly became dapper and carefree.
"Yes, expect this to become routine," she flirted before sauntering off towards her dear Jedi Master friend Luci. They had been friends since they were each Padawans, trained by the same Master back in the old Temple for Jedi kids.
"What did you think? Are you scheduled to fight Anakin?" She winked.
A playful smirk played on Luci's gentle lips as she shook her head with sorrow.
"I hate to be the bear of bad news, but no..."
She paused before adding,
"but for a good reason!"
Suddenly her eyes went silent. She leaned in close to her friend and whispered quiet somethings of danger and missions and dastardly deeds.
As she lent back, she announced in a crispy voice,
"The four of us friends have ben selected to travel to Endor on important busness of the council."
As if on cue, the dark-haired brunette Jedi sauntered into the room. His eyes were full of life and mystery, a subtle darkness shielding them like a cloud. They swept the room, looking for the two females and his good friend, who was currently dabbing the sweat from his electric eyes.
Not really caring about him, he found the girls, especially Luci, Standing by the wall talking.
He went up to them. "Greetings, Luci. Did you hear our mission from Mater Yoda?" His tongue moved over his dry, cracked lips.
