Prolouge

My name is Arielle and I have done horrible things, but nothing I did could be as horrible as what was done to me. My life has been invaded by an awful person. My mom's ex-boyfriend. Her boyfriend abused her and manipulated her. He told me he would take care of her and never hurt her. Well, he lied. Andrew ( the boyfriend) beat me and put my mom in the hospital for nearly six days. I don't know what she ever saw in him. But I guess he just seemed so... perfect? Not so much.

Andrew was cruel and a liar. Every month he had some prostitute who was poor and broken. That's how he made SO much more money. He sold them off to some stranger not caring about the cost. He was a total alcoholic and a drug addict too. How could people believe his lies? Anyway, the story I have to tell is dark and I don't believe any person should go through it. But there are some people I found that helped me through my journey. I will never ever be able to repay them.

So. Here's my story of how I found love when I was absolutely hopeless that my life couldn't possibly get any worse. But he gave me hope and support. I will always love that boy, and I know for a fact he loves me. Here's the story of how I was entangled in darkness, but eventually found my way back to the light.
