Synergic sunset spreads like a fire
We remain trapped on an eroding island of survival
Air touches the flesh, earth embraces the bones
Wanderers like clouds gathering for the storm
A soft scream shivers through the blades of grass
The dance of life in a circle swirls in our eyes
Blink with me forever, says the whisper resonating echo
And the water running through the blood vibrates with a gasp
We turn loose the time held captive by parents and children
We knead and chisel the texture and pattern of the soul
We discard the excess we inherited in our hearts
We fill in the emptiness of the pits left behind
Synergic sunset spreads like a fire
Rain bleaches off the raw green of the forest
Humans hide naked from themselves lost in their homes
They take cover in the bodies of others who have also forgone their matrix.
