Chapter 2
In the morning, Nayeli woke up to go to school. It was her last day of school before summer break.
Finally, she thought and got her phone to check twitter and Instagram.
First, she checked Instagram.
She saw a picture that Wes had took of himself and remembered about him.
Quickly, Nayeli got up from her cozy bed and went into her bathroom. She washed her face with cold water and went downstairs to eat
breakfast. Today she was just going to eat Greek yogurt with blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. She ate then went upstairs, into
her bedroom, and then to her bathroom. She began brushing her teeth.
Nayeli went towards her closet door and opened it.
She took out her ootd which was a California muscle tee with black high waisted shorts and her converse. She quickly changed into that
and went into the bathroom. She decided to curl the ends of her hair.
She grabbed her backpack and phone and went downstairs, put on her converse, and got outside.
Keaton ran towards her.
"Hey Nayeli!" Keaton said and kissed her cheek.
"Hi Keaton!"
"Hey Nayeli."
She grabbed her bike and Keaton grabbed her extra one.
Nayeli still remembered about Wes and decided to ask Keaton, "Where's Wes?"
"Oh he's practicing for the wedding."
Nayeli had forgotten about the wedding rehearsal.
When they got to school, Nayeli talked with her friend Lisbeth.
Surprisingly, at the end of school, Wes came to pick up Nayeli from school.
"Hey, I'm sorry I couldn't pick you up from your house to drive you here." Wes said.
Nayeli felt like she was gonna melt from his cuteness.
"It's okay. Do you think my bike could fit in your trunk?" Nayeli asked Wes.
"Yeah, I'm pretty sure." He opened the car door for her and put the bike in his trunk.
The whole way to her house, Nayeli daydreamed of kissing Wes.
She was starting to like him.
But she didn't know if he liked her.
"I like you." Wes said and kissed her cheek.
"Me too." Nayeli said and fell asleep until she felt like the car had stopped.
They had arrived to her house. She went up to her room and let herself fall to her bed.
She sighed and smiled to herself as she closed her eyes.
