The brisk rain drowns my window with its sorrow,
I glare out into the damp remains of the nature surrounding me.
So many paltry raindrops, yet such a vast impact,
The droplets pound heavily and rebound through my wearied mind.
The worthy nights, no dismal thoughts, just peace,
We obliterate them nights.
But these bitter, solitary, drizzly nights,
we always revoke.
