A man stood under a canopy, hiding from sight. His glowing, golden eyes stared at the woman from across the street. The look was plain on his face. Lust, passion, greed, power. All of it. He smiled to himself as he thought of her. "Soon, soon you will be mine..."

Dean stumbled out of bed, his head hazy from the night before. He could hear Sam in the kitchen starting the coffee, which brought a bit of life to Dean as he fumbled from his room into the kitchen.

"Dude, you look hammered..." Sam chuckled with raised brows.

"What can I say? I had fun." Dean shuffled into a seat, grunting as he rubbed his eyes.

"Well, while you were out 'having fun' I found us a case," here Sam threw his brother a folder with a serious expression. "Best part? It's the next town over. We won't be far!"

"Can't you wait till I've got some caffeine in me first? I need to be able to process!" Dean glared at the folder, pushing it aside. He let out a loud moan as he stretched and stood to his feet, making his way to the coffee. After a very long, coffee-infused morning, Dean finally took a seat in the library to read the folder.

"What's wrong with people being healed, Sammy? I don't think this is our type of thing." Dean scowled, handing the document back to Sam.

"It could be an Angel, Dean! Or something else. I don't know, it's worth checking out though."

"Fine, but we are stopping for a beer and it's your treat!" Dean stood up and exited the room.

The evening rolled around and Dean and Sam pulled up to their motel room in the Impala. "If this is an angel, shouldn't we call Cas?" Dean asked, turning off the engine.

"Yeah Dean, if it is an angel. We should find out for sure first, shouldn't we?" Sam spoke plainly, grabbing his bag from the back of the car. With a half shrug, Dean agreed and the two got to work. "So get this," Sam started reading from the local paper. "76-year-old resident, Daniel Wyatt was diagnosed with terminal cancer."

"Wow, so let me guess... Gramps takes a jog and tells the doc he's all better?" Dean interrupted.

"Pretty much, he goes in for a checkup and like that, cancer is gone. He claims that it was 'the water from the local restaurant that healed him,'." Sam finished, showing Dean the article in the paper. "In fact, four other residents who were ill or dying have been mysteriously healed after drinking the water at the restaurant."

Dean knitted his brows, looking through the newspaper. "So what are we thinking? Angel chef?"

"That's my guess, but how could an angel use water as a conduit for healing? Don't they usually have to touch the person?" Sam questioned, tilting his head.

"Yeah. That doesn't quite line up. Well, let's go drink some water at the Prickly Pig and see if we can get some answers!" Dean exclaimed, grinning.

"Welcome to the Prickly Pig! Can I get you fella's a seat?" asked an elderly woman at the front. "Yes, for two please?" Sam smiled as the woman seated them both in a booth.

"Your waitress will be here soon to take your order, so sit tight." The woman handed the brothers two menus and went back to her station.

"Is it the old lady?" Dean questioned, nodding his head in her direction.

"Nah she's just the greeter. It would have to be someone in the kitchen, right?" Sam pointed out, looking down at the menu.

"Yeah, whatever. I just want a burger," Dean grunted looking around for the waitress. Within a few minutes, a woman approached. Her blue eyes smiled on their own as she introduced herself.

"Hello, gentlemen! I'm your waitress, Ella. What can I get you?" she asked, picking up her pen and notepad. The brothers stared at her in an awestruck manner, forgetting to speak. After a prolonged silence, Sam shook his head and smiled uncomfortably.

"Sorry, yes. I'll have your special please?"

"Yes, and I'll have, uh, a hamburger. Everything on it," Dean stated, rushing a smile. Ella smiled timidly, tilting her head to the side.

"Would you like any beverages? Water, tea-" both brothers then spoke in unison.

"Water!"

With that, Ella took her leave and headed toward the kitchen. "Dude, did you see her?" Dean blurted out, finally looking at Sam after she disappeared into the kitchen.

"Yeah, Dean. I saw her," Sam spoke in a mellow voice, still maintaining his gaze on the door where she had departed.

"I call dibs on the hot waitress," Dean smirked, raising his brows in mischevious glee.

"Dean, what are you twelve?" Sam shook his head, gesturing toward the kitchen. "We need to find out who is on the staff in the kitchen. Maybe Ella can help..." Sam sighed, seeing her emerge from the kitchen with two cups of water. With a smile, she handed them their drinks and left. "Ok, now. Dean, one of us needs to test the theory of 'it's in the water'." Dean raised his brows, shaking his head.

"Ah, c'mon!" Sam had already raised his hand in a gesture to a challenge of 'Rock Paper Scissors', with Dean reluctantly agreeing. Upon Sam winning the challenge, Dean pulled out his knife and cut his palm and drank the water. Waiting several minutes, the cut had not healed. "Well, we can rule out the water as the source!" Dean muttered bitterly, placing a napkin on the wound.

"Then it has to be an angel," Sam stated, scowling. Soon Ella returned with their food on a tray, smiling brightly. "A number one and a hamburger, with everyth-" she stopped short seeing Dean with blood on his hand. "A hamburger with everything on it..." She finished. "Let me fill your cups back up with water, ok?" she smiled, taking her pitcher of water and filling their cups. They had finished the meal, paid their bill and left when Dean noticed that his hand had completely healed. "Sammy!" He produced the said palm to his brother, his eyes wide. "Call Cas, I think we found his rogue angel."
