I coughed as he hopped through my bay window. He was covered from head to toe. The only thing you saw was his skin from the bridge of his noise to his eyebrows. Even His neck was covered.
"You wear turtlenecks now?" I asked.
"Until you're healthy. Yes."
"Then why did you even come?" I laughed.
"Because my best friend is home sick which means I have no one to hang out with." He said.
"So Logan's busy?" I asked.
"He's not even in the state. He went to New York or something."
"Oh." I said. "Well you cought me at the wrong time. I'm finna go to sleep,"
"Well then so am I," he said.
He sat on my bed then he instantly got back up. "Never mind, you're sick,"
"Oh, hey, Geo, have you talked to Mikey recently?" I asked.
He rolled his eyes and poped his neck. "Why do we always have to talk about Mikey." He mentioned in a annoyed voice.
"The same reason we had to talk about Jazzy in the 9th grade,"
"Ugh that was two years ago," he said.
"And this is now. So did you talk to him or not?"
"Yes. I've talked to him,"
"Well did he mention me?" I asked.
"Yes. Yes he did. He does every time," he said rolling his eyes.
"Okay. So what did he say Geo." I impatiently said.
"He said okay so Cristal is cute but I'm not really sure if she's into me. Then I said nobody said Cristal's name but seems like you want to talk about her."
"Okay then what did he say?" I asked sitting all the way up and gripping my pillow into my lap.
"He said naw that's your best friend. I don't want it to be awkward for you,"
I lifted my eyebrows asking what happened nexted.
"Then I told him let's switch the topic,"
"WHAT?" I asked in disbelief
"What?" Geo throw his hands up in defense.
"Geo you're literally the worse wingman ever," I said throwing myself down onto my bed.
"Well sorry that I wanted to switch the topic," he said.
"Whatever I'm going to bed," I said getting comfortable under my covers. I turned my lamp off and closed my eyes.
"Okay I'll be downstairs watching TV I guess. Actually I'll be playing the game," he said.
"Okay good night," i said.
He walked to the window then locked it. Then his footsteps trailed down the stairs.
