Carrie White's names sent chills down the spines of everyone in the country, especially for the people in Hawkins, Indiana. Before she killed over 100 people that fatal night of the prom, Hawkins was a quiet place and Carrie was a quiet girl. And after that, nobody could stop talking about the place. And nearly ten years after the incident, things finally settle down. Investigators leave town, tourists stop visiting the tourist attraction built on the rubble of the White household that burned down all those years ago, and life was the quiet and safe place it once was.

Everyone believed that after the house burned down, Carrie burned down with it. After all, multiple bones were found in the remains of the fire and there weren't many other people it could've been other than Margaret and Carrie White.

But here's the thing about Carrie White; no matter how many times someone tries to knock her down, she gets back up with ten times the strength she hit you with before.

Back in Hawkins, Indiana after eleven years of surviving in a place slightly less bad than the real world, Carrie must adjust to a world where her face is seen as the face of a ruthless killer and where there are killer dogs on the loose... as well as a little girl who has powers shockingly similar to that of Carrie's.

AUTHOR'S NOTE

WARNING & DISCLAIMER: I do not own Carrie, Stranger Things, the characters, dialogue, or plotlines. The only character I partially own is Carrie and her original dialogue and plotlines. Al other rights go to Stephen King and the Duffer Brothers. This book contains bullying, abuse, death, violence, substance abuse, religious themes, racism, strong language, and gore.

This book is a mixture of the original novel and the 1976 film adaptation as well as a small bit from the Off-Broadway musical. I found that some aspects of the book and movie were better than the other and for those who have seen and read both, I apologize if this might get a bit confusing for you.
