Mari ran as fast as she could through the subway trainnwith Rev running by her side. She held his hand and started to fly slightly above the ground with Rev by her side. There was a man chasing them with a gun. Mari looked out the window and opened the door as the train moved. She gripped Rev's hand and jumped out of the cart with him successfully. She ran with him and eventually stopped. She noticed Reverend was starting to have a panic attack so she intertwined her fingers with his. He slid down to the floor with Mari and started to calm down. Mari kissed him lightly. "It's okay, Rev. It's gonna be okay." Rev was about to break down crying. He hugged Mari and took off his hat. Rev tried to calm himself down when he saw the man looking for them in the crowd. The man's face was grotesque, and completely out of proportion. He saw The Reverend and grinned, much too widely. He grabbed Rev by the arm and put him a few feet away from the track. Mari was frozen in fear and couldn't move. The man motioned for Rev to move backwards. He stepped back to the line that warned people not to go onto the tracks. The man then shot Rev in the chest. As Reverend fell backwards, the subway came barreling toward him. As he was hit, the last thing he saw was Mari jumping after him.
