Static just arrested a villain and as he hands him over to the cops he flies away on his metal board. He goes to his house and sees cyborg.

In a desert near Egypt doctor Fate and the spectre are fighting. A young girl is hiding behind a wall. The phantom stranger appears next to the girl
Phantom: Hello
Zatanna: Hello
Phantom: What are you doing here?
*zatanna points at dr fate*
Zatanna: That's my dad. Or...  He was.
Phantom: Do u want to escape
Zatanna: Yes
*phantom holds out his hand. Zatanna takes it and they both dissapear*

Cyborg is in Gotham heading to meet batman when he hears a woman scream. He goes to help but sees something on the roof
Thug: Come here lady
Voice: When the bat is away the thugs will play I guess
*criminal looks up worried*
*creeper jumps down landing on criminal and sits on criminals chest in cat stance. Then punches criminal knocking him out. Then looks at terrified woman and stares at her*
creeper: Boo!
*woman runs away screaming and creeper climbs up the wall and yells*
Creeper: CRIMINALS OF GOTHAM BEWARE HAHAHAHAHA
*he turns around and sees cyborg*
Creeper: Hello

*in the batcave*
Damian: YOU'RE ACTIVATING THE TITANS AGAIN AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME
Batman: How did you find out
Damian: Your computer isn't as secure as you think
Batman: Noted
Damian: I want to be on the team
Batman: No
Damian: You let Grayson into the titans
Batman: I shouldn't have
Damian: Who do you have picked
Batman: The roster has.... complicated
Damian: They need a leader
Batman: And they'll have one
Damian: I can lead them
Batman: No
Damian: Is it because of mother, or Todd
*batman slams his hands on the desk and stands to stare at damien*
Damian: Im more qualified than Kara
Batman: She isn't part of the team anymore
Damian: I can.....
*knock on the door*
Batman: We'll talk about this later
*Damian leaves. Cyborg enters*
Cyborg: Have you seen this yellow kid in....
Batman: How did it go with vergil
Cyborg: Ohhh umm he's in. What about...
Batman: Change of plans. Diana insists her niece takes the spot
Cyborg: Well that brings the total to two. What about robin
Batman: No. I wont allow it
Cyborg: Bruce what happened to Jason isn't your fault. But sheltering Damian wont help him.
Batman: I decide how to raise my son
Cyborg: Whatever. I have another candidate......

*a man steps off a boat*
ahh it feels good to be home. HAHAHAHAHA

*Cyborg looks at the half destroyed titans base in jump city. He activates his communicator*
Cyborg: Batman, the tower wont be operational any time soon. I don't think it ever will again. We need a base

*Huntress  is patrolling gotham. She jumps onto a rooftop but stops. She turns around and points her crossbow at the person*
Damian: Shoot for it sister
*huntress lowers her crossbow*
Huntress: Thats half sister to you brat. Why are you out here and why are you in your suit. I thought the bat retired you.
Damian: I needed some action. But its a slow night
*before huntress can reply Damian's communicator goes off*
Damian: Im wanted at the old justice society HQ
Huntress: Good luck
*she jumps away smiling*
Huntress: You'll need it

Justice society Headquarters: Gotham city
*Damien enters seeing batman and cyborg standing with their backs turned to the entrance. Looking at a picture containing Dr. Fate, wildcat, hawkman, the original Green Lantern, and the original Flash, and stargirl*
Damien: You summoned me father?
Batman: I've thought about your points. And after some....... Convincing we....i decided you are right. If you want to be part of the titans. You are welcome too

Cyborg: The titans tower in jump city is no longer in livable conditions. This will be where the titans will be based. After some..... Redecorating.
Damien: When will the team be ready for action.
