Sasuke's POV

I was sitting in class trying not to cringe when that blonde pig, I think her name was Ino was trying to fight with a pink haired girl over the seat that was next to me the Hokage came in with someone behind him he cleared his throat and everyone got quite

" Lord hokage what pleasure do we have for you to be here?" iruka sensei asked

"Well iruka you have a new student" the hokage said looking at me smiling a little

"And who would that be lord hokage " sensei asked the girl stepped out from behind the hokage and I gasped

"this is Angel Koneko she will be sitting by sasuke uchiha also sasuke may I speak with you and angel for a moment?" the hokage asked I nodded getting up and walking out to the hall with him and Angel in tow, once we were far enough away from the class room the hokage began to talk

"Sasuke as you know Angel was in the hospital after her clan got massacred well as you can see she is out now and if you don't mind I would like her to live with you" the hokage said

"of course I wouldn't want my best friend and ninja partner to be living by herself and she is supposed to live with me after graduation so she might as well just live with me now" I said looking at angel she seemed out of it but I couldn't blame her I was like that when my clan was massacred

"very well then I will take her to your house you can see her after school lets out you do want to become a ninja don't you?" the hokage asked I nodded slowly walking back to the classroom

"oh and sasuke?" the hokage said I looked at him

"Angel will be starting school tomorrow in your class I'm going to arrange it to where she sits next to you" he said I nodded and headed back to class.

Angel's POV

I walked with the hokage to the uchiha compound the only question in my mind was why is he still staying in the compound? Doesn't it hurt to be reminded of the massacre every day. We got to the biggest house in the compound and the hokage stopped

"well here we are here is your key make yourself at home and remember that you will be attending school with sasuke tomorrow so sleep well and don't worry I can tell sasuke cares about you very much so he will protect you if he sees that something is happening" he said I nodded

"thank you lord hokage" I said quietly

"don't fret my child you deserve it" he said I looked at him and smiled slightly

"well I must get going take care child sasuke should be home soon" he said I waved goodbye to him walking into the house. I looked around getting acquainted with the place I went to the couch and laid down I was going to take a nap until sasuke got home a little nap wouldn't hurt right? Wrong I woke up when the front door opened due to me having a nightmare sasuke walked in looking at me worriedly I smiled slightly

"you have nightmares about your massacre don't you" sasuke asked I nodded looking away from him.

" I do..." I said sasuke came over and picked me up I blushed

"Wh-what are you doing?" I squeaked

"Taking you to my room sleeping in the same bed could help your nightmares" sasuke said I just nodded looking away I knew I was blushing and I didn't want him to see sasuke chuckled

"you know you don't have to hid your blush" he said I blushed even more

"s-shut up" I stuttered

once we got to the room I looked out the window it was dark

"what time is it?" I asked

"its about 9:30" sasuke said
