A New uprising for broke souls

Chapter one

Cattelaya Pov.

I sit in the corner where I know best,in a room with concrete walls and floors covered with old blood.There is nothing here,but only a vent.
I whisper in the vent ,"Landon?Are you there?" Landon is one of my best friend,my only friend even.Me and him were friends since we were little.He is the only one who know who I truly am."Cattelaya.Are you okay?Did they come yet?" He asked with concern.I held my breath for a slight second in fear and whispered," No,thank the moongoddess."I hated when the alphas son and his top warriors try to 'pay visits', well those type of visit were mortifying."Cattelaya ! I have to go they're coming to my cell!" I panicked and tried to run to the door,to prevent what is the horror to come. But the silver chain prohibited me from doing so. I just pray to the moon goddess, that we will be free again and we will be able to feel the fresh grass between our toes once more.A scream interrupted my thoughts. I felt pain shoot In my heart and a tear fell from my eyes and collides against my cold cheek bone.

(Few Hours Later..)

The screams had ended and my tears had stopped. I heard his cell door shut and foot steps are becoming louder. I knew that meant they are coming closer, so my inner self begins to panic. I try to claw more in my corner so I get further away from what is to come. I hear the cell door being unlocked. My body goes limp and my face show no emotion, whatever want they do to me I can't stop them. They made sure of that. The door is busted open, and there appears the one who makes me tremble in fear. His name sends goosebumps on my skin. Tyler. "Today's Is your lucky day, Cattelaya." Lucky? There is no such thing as luck here.what can honestly be lucky for me? I don't deserve anything good. The moon goddess shouldn't give blessings to a whore like me."I have found my mate, so I won't need a sloppy whore around for me to fulfill my needs,anymore." He walks towards me and snatches my hair and leans to my ear and says,"you will finally get your final paradise as soon as I have my ceremony for your Luna." Once he says that I get chills of disgust run trough my spine.He scowl at me one last time and roughly throws my body into the wall. He turns and walks away , slamming the cell door shut and locked it.
"L-Landon are y-you o-o-k?" I stuttered utterly,yes I do have trouble with speaking. That manly because I refuse to speak to anyone but Landon. Sometimes me and him can't talk to each other, because Tyler and his beta usually start and end my day with straight torture. Landon coughs out,"yes, i made it through, but are you okay? I heard them come in your cell. Did they do anything to you?" I'm confused why Landon cares so much about me, he is the one who was badly beaten this time. He shouldn't be caring about someone like me. I am nothing and deserve nothing. I reassured,"y-yes. I'mm ffine." I hear a sigh in relief come from the vent. "Cattelaya. I promise I'll find away out of here and get you away from this hell hole....Ha, I remember when me and you used to get grounded by our parents for staying out until sun rise in the woods ,because we were still playing hide and seek."He chuckled and grunted out of pain."I miss those days, where me and you had no worries in life...Laya lets get some rest. I will keep a look out for Tyler."  I sigh and and try to lay down near the vent . I hiss at the stinging sensation on my ankle, because the silver cuff rubbed more against it. I close my eyes right before I drift into slumber . I hear Landon says,"goodnight laya." And with that I fell into a deep slumber.

Landon Pov.

"Goodnight Laya." I say as I started looking around for something that will give me an idea of how to break out of these chain. I try to move my arm to move my body but it did nothing, but made me bleed from the metal. I promise Cattelaya i would get her away from here soon. That all I can think about right now, I made that promise ever since the day we were sent down here. I feel guilty for her still suffering in this place, Tyler caught up to our escape last time and right before I could get out of the their border, Tyler and his pack members surrounded us and dragged us back to our cell. To make sure I wasn't going to escape again he put silver cuffs that almost looks like gloves, and chained my feet.

(Flashback to 9 years ago..)

"Cattelaya wait up," I giggled,"your gonna have to catch me," she laughed and poked her tongue at me. "Oh! You're on!" I said. Cattelaya speed up once she saw me speeding up to her. All I saw was her long wavy brown hair flying side to side as it fades away. She is way faster then me, I broke my leg yesterday but I still healing fast but slowly at the same time. I look up at the  sky and see a full moon, that shine bright than a Diamond's reflection in light. My mother always told me when the moon shines bright like that it means the Moongoddess  density she planned for one young's life is  falling into place. I looked down and broke From my gaze and chase looking for Cattelaya. I walk around and she her stand still and trying to catch her I suppose. I lightly ran to her and say,"gotcha." As I look at her . Her face looked almost pale as she seen a ghost I looked forward and see our whole pack house was on fire and I started to hear our women and their children crying and screaming. All I could think is why is this happening? My body was froze to place I was in shock, so was Cattelaya.

The screams had ended and there was only a dead silence with only the fire cracking. I grabbed Cattelaya's hand  and dragged her to the bushes near the woods, and put her the dent the hole that was hidden just for  the kids the kids to hide if there was an ambush. She went in first and I soonly tried to go after. " I gotcha!" A man said roughly and yanked me away from the whole,"No!No! Let me go!" I yelled as I try to wrestle out of his grip. He put a sliver blade against my neck which made me hiss in pain. I looked back at the whole and see another man grabbed Cattelaya out of the whole and put a bag around her head. "No! Let her go! Just take me and let her run free!" I cried with mercy. 

They ignore my pleads and pulled us up and started to walk with us in the hold. They dragged us to porch of our childhood home. "Get on your knees now!" They commanded us, we obeyed and they pulled of sack off Cattelaya face. I had anger boiling my blood as I see Cattelaya's cheek bleeding and fear plastered on her face. A growl comes from my throats and I try to lounge to the man who put the cut on her cheek, as I try two men body slammed me into the ground. I felt like my wrist were burning as click comes from behind me. I tried to move my hands but they were in place, because of the cuffs. My growls ended as I heard foot steps and I snapped my head towards the footsteps.

My eyes widen as I see Damon our old beta but he was banished by the council for treason. His eyes showed no emotion and his face was like stone." Sir, we have got the two kids you wanted." He said nothing but only turned his head behind him and flicked his head forward. Signaling someone to come. I see Tyler walking towards us,he is our friend he is ranked to be one of our top warriors since he is an orphan we couldn't tell what rank he should've been in."Tyler. Go ahead." Damon demanded. Tyler came towards us hesitant with his hands behind his back and his head down. He stopped in front of  Cattelaya and grabbed her jaw and moved it to the right side. He extended his canines and lean to where her collarbone and shoulders connect. He stuck his canines in to the certain spot only the moon goddess blesses mates to unite as one. Only a pitched scream was heard as i whimper and thought to myself that this is my whole fault. I should have known that Tyler was a trader. My thoughts were interrupted as I hear Damon cheer in excitement but with a stern voice," That's my boy ! Now take them to the cell, we have adjustments and rearranging to do here." And before I knew it i was hit unconscious.
