What's it like being the only son of the mayor of Birmingham you ask? Well, that's a question only Bradley can answer.

Bradley Will Simpson, the only son of Derek Simpson, mayor of Birmingham. And his wife Anne-Marie Simpson, the chancellor of Birmingham University.

Growing up, Bradley always had friends around him, he had his life pretty much figured out. People always adored him, even since he was a little child, growing up being a teenager, a young adult, and even now, stepping into the adult world at only 23 years old. Bradley was a role model for a lot of young people around Birmingham, he always attended charity events and helped people in need. As a matter of fact, the whole city of Birmingham adored the Simpsons.

When Bradley came out as gay at only 15 years old, his family and friends accepted him as he is. Because; "sexuality does not define what kind of a person you are" as his mother says.

Whenever Bradley was out with his group of childhood friends, paparazzi were always around him, asking him questions and he being the polite person he is, answered them nicely. The people of the city always welcomed him doesn't matter where he went.

Last year, at only 22 years old, Bradley Will Simpson opened the first ever gay club in Birmingham, with the help of his father of course. The perks of being the mayor's son. After the big opening of the club, a wave of people coming out took part in the city of Birmingham, people were thanking him for creating a place for them to be themselves without others judging.
