Chapter 1:Trapped dog

The wolf within is howling

It was about moonhigh.The large orb in the sky has seem to reach its highest peek.The forest that bathed in the light,seem to be flurishing with the sweet songs of crickets that played loudly and proudly.A large sound of bubbling rumbled in the east wing as a massive opening seem to show itself.It looked as if someone were to slice through the realms,creating a passage way.A moment of silence swept the forest as a tall cloaked man emerged from the slit.He had dark hair and a pale complexion.There hidden in the sea of his stunning raven locks were a pair of ram like horns placed on each side of his skull.

A swift snap of his figures had slowly concealed the large portal that laid in the center of the empty clearing.Slowly he turned on the ball of his foot as he started walking North.Who was he..Many would ask but...He surely wasn't human.The tall man walked through the thick undergrowths with ease as he made his way towards civilization .He seem to be looking for something as his dark green-blue orbs scanned the scenery around him.

After about a few more short minutes of walking,a pair of voices can be heard emitting from a clearing nearby.The glow of their fire painted the once blue toned forest with red.The fire danced and flickered as the two males taunted a caged beast.Johnny slowly made his way closer as he hid behind a tall oak.

"C'mon stupid wolf..Eat your food."one of the men hollered as he proded the scared creature with a stick.The midnight wolf seem to yip and snap as the stick that made contact with her skinny frame.Her once beautiful midnight fur matted and untamed.Her eyes shown fright as those orbs wondered over to meet those of the demon hidden in the brush.The human continued taunting the scared creature as one kicked the cage.The wolf slipped as she stumbled over her side.a low shriek erupted from the tiny dog as she hit the side of the metal cage.The men belted in laughter.The two felt no pitty for the wolf,she was the runt of her litter.Her sibling all sold at high prices..But no buyer seem to even dare look at the tiny canine.The scared wolf huffed and growled as the two humans continued their taunting.

Johnny watched in silence as he lost eye contact with the fraile wolf.Out of all beings on this trash of a realm the wolf seem to catch his interest.The metal cage was kicked around between both humans.The sound of the frail metal bars echoed through the empty clearing.The wolf's cries mixed in with the already horrendous sounds,creating a bath of chaos.The raven haired demon couldn't stand such sounds.He blew out their fire which quickly silenced the men.They both swiftly scrambled to relight the flames.The demon loomed over the charred pit.As soon as the humans succefully relight the magestic orange flames,they were soon greeted with a toothy smirk of the tall demon lord.Both backed away in fear as they scrambled to sheath their weapon.Johnny smirked as he watched the pathetic humans shake in fear.They exchanged looks,gulping sharply as they held their swords high.

"So...What now..?" the tall man asked with ease as he inched closer towards the merchants.He walked through the flames creating a larger tension."W-What are you?!" one of the men hollered as he choked on his spit.The raven haired demon cracked a small chuckled as he replied."Well im nothing more then a mere demon.."His grin grew wider as the eyes of the mechants grew with fear.A short brief moment of silence passed as the bigger male charged towards the demon.Taking down a demon would surely bring in lots of gold.Johnny chuckled as he instantly knocked the human off his feet,sending him into the large oak bark.Such strength shattered the man's skull,killing him instantly.The remainding human dropped his sword as he quickly ran towards the small village in the North-West.Johnny had turned his attention to the other as he quickly aimed a blast of his beautiful blue flames.The man tripped over the cage of the wolf,sending him to the ground.

"Sayonara.."Johnny smiled as he shot a blast towards the human.Quickly grabbing the cage of the beast,he used the animal as a shield.The impact of the attack threw the man backwards as the metal bars melted away.The demon grabbed the man by the collar of his tattered clothes."I guess i missed...But this time i wont..."The tall male's eyes flashed.His blue flames engulfed the human as he screamed in pure agony.Thick crimson fluids flowed out of his mouth,nose,and eyes.The fluids pooled at his knees.The raven haired demon slowly made his way towards the remainder of the wolf and its cage.To the surprise of the male,the wolf laid perfectly unscaved on the dusty earth soil.Johnny kelt down as he checked for a pulse.Again to much surprise a pulse was found,it was shallow and faint..But was still there.

The demon waited a bit as the first signs of dawn made itself known.The large ball of fire arose from its slumber behind the great mountains of Lamia forest.The sun shoned into the eyes of the creature.Shooting up alarmed,the wolf gasped.Her eyes were blury and warped.The demon sat and watched, as the wolf slowly regained her senses.The bloodied creature shook its body as she scanned the area,soon making direct eye contact with the shadowy male.The wolf backed up into a growl as her ears pinned flat against her skull.

"I'm not here to hurt you..."Johnny spoke calmly as he stood up.The wolf was still cautious as the man approched.He slowly knelt besides her as he held out his hand.She sniffed his hand,taking in his scent.Slowly her once tensed body now at ease.She looked around,finding the corpse of her captors.She quickly shifted her maroon gaze over towards the demon.

"Yes dear...I saved you.."He spoke in a monotoned voice as he stood up,retiring to his spot near the large oaks.The wolf blinked as she stared blankly at the shadowy figure.She soon could sense the presence of his powers and abilities.The tiny creature backed away slowly as she didn't let the demon out of her sight."Don't leave...Im quite captivated by your survival.."Johnny quickly stood up as he teleported over.He picked the fragile wolf up,cradling her in his arms.

"Let me go!"She growled and kicked,but his grip was strong against her weakened body."Sorry..But i can't  do that..."She blinked as she was silent.'He could understand me....?' the wolf thought to herself as the demon slowly headed deeper into the silent forest.After what seemed to be hours of walking the man stopped and laid the wolf down.

"Now tell me what are you...?"

A lil cliffhanger for y'all to be left on.My writing skills are a bit rusty so i hope this isn't soo bad.Anyways since its summer i hope to be able to update this more often!
