they we're all crying
but with mirth
because there you were,
an incredible birth.
you were so little
and so was i
i remember our first meeting
the time you first said "hi".
we were friends now
but i still felt like a stranger
this was because i was a shy kid
and you a talking ranger.
i will forever be grateful
for when i was depressed,
you were the only one who said,
"tell me, i am your friend."
heartwarming are the moments
we had spent together
those fragile smiles,
wish they lasted forever.
i never thought i'd find
someone who would always stay behind.
will never forget the jokes you cracked
coz i love you, to the moon and back.
i really wanna thank you
for being who you are
i hope we keep in touch,
if not, then you'll find my crying, saying to myself, "i miss you so much."
