You and Grayson had been friends for the past couple of years and you've become really close.
One Monday night you decide to meet up with Grayson, by the sea front, Grayson had said he needed to 'talk'.
You walk towards the beach where you was suppose to meet Grayson and as you do so you see someone talking to Grayson ... another girl ? Who was she ? Is Grayson telling me he has a new girlfriend ? Many thoughts rush through your head
Once you got to Grayson and the girl you said
You: "hey what's up Gray ? , who's this?"
Gray: "oh hey y/n , this is my friend from New York , her names Helen "
You: "hey Helen , nice to meet you "
Helen: "hey , aye well Grayson I best be going , I'll catch you later, bye y/n"
You + Gray : "bye"
You sit on the sand , feeling the wind against your face as you wonder whether anything was going on between Grayson and Helen.
You hadn't told Grayson yet but you secretly had feeling for him and seeing him with Helen made you very jealous.
Grayson looks down on you and then decides to sit next to you knowing that something was wrong
Gray: "are you okay?"
You: "yeah" you say with a unsure smile
Grayson p.o.v
I don't know what's up with y/n , she seems upset , but she says she's okay so I should just leave it at that , I wanted to talk to her about my feelings towards her but maybe this is not a good time ... maybe I should just wait
Your p.o.v
Maybe gray doesn't like me and he likes that Helen girl , I should just let it go , or maybe I should just tell him about how I feel, but what If he doesn't feel the same way and it ruins our friendship , I should just wait ....
You: "come on then where should we go ?"
Grayson looks up at you with those big brown eyes of his and says
Gray: "I'm taking you for pizza"
