I don't know when it happened
but one day I let insecurity control my actions
and it's the most embarrassing thing to happen to me.
It was overnight. The day before I was content with myself
but as soon as the light turned to dark,
so did my thoughts.
Insecurity found its way through the small
crack in my facade.
