I look up at a angry woman screaming at me "I am sorry I am just feeling down today'the lady sighs as she rests her head on her palms" It's OK"I said while looking down at my phone awkwardly oh yeah I just remembered I had a text this morning.I check my emails and clicked on the most recent one ...Huh its from a hospital.
