b) complete payment, i check and if you chose to follow me as a payment i will take my cover back if you unfollow me.
c) i won't accept your request unless you have voted on this.
d) if your book isn't already published, you must have it published in under a week from when you get the cover.
e) you must comment on this chapter.
f) if you don't like my cover tell me, be honest. if you don't like it you don't have to use it as long as you tell me- if you chose not to tell me you have to use it for at least two weeks before changing it.
payment;
you can chose, either:
a) vote for a few chapters on one of my other books.
b) follow me.

any a/n or stuff like this will be titled 1, 2, etc.
if you specific pictures you want me to use on your cover send me them via snapchat, @eleanormcgeary.
the chapter that your cover is on will be titled as your username.
