joyful is a boy south korean group, who once was under cbx entertainment. after the companies failed attempted of paying a few bills, the company moved all of its trainees and artist to their brother company, studio entertainment.
when CBX fell, some of its artist/trainees cut their contracts and didn't move to studio. a few artist stayed, but a lot left the company behind.
