Things are becoming clear
And I'm starting to see
If I want my life to change
It has to start with me
Yeah, I may trip and stumble
And sometimes I may even fall
But in life those things happen
I just have to stand tall
I can't change what's happened in the past
But in the future I might
Be able to see the strength in me
To stand up for myself and fight
Because life can sometimes be hard
And the waves can knock you down
But the only way you have not failed
Is if you can pick yourself up off the ground
