I sat down at a desk in a room full of people. We were all different ages, heights, genders and races, but we were all together for the same reason. The morning was humid. There was sadness, confusion, and guilt looming in the air so heavily that it could practically be seen. I brushed my dirty blond hair back up into a quiff as I laid my head on the table. How could this happen, I thought to myself. Why to her, Why to me?
I looked at the principal as he walked in and placed a box on the table. "Thank you all for being here today. We called you here for an obvious reason. Marion Wright disappeared at around 9:36 pm last night." I flinched at her name. "But she wrote over 30 notes for every single person she talked to in the last 24 hours. That's why you are here. Please, don't be alarmed. These notes could be clue about where she is. She wrote here, 'i wrote a note for everyone important to me. and everyone i talked to in the last 24 hours. if I didn't write you one, don't be sad. I just didn't have anything particularly good to say.'"
