*flashback*
"Belle!?" I heard him yell from down the hall. I turned the corner to see him standing at the other end of the hall.
"Jack!" I ran down the hall and he ran towards me. "Oh my god! I thought you were dead!!"
"Immortal, remember?" He chuckled and pulled me into a hug. "Now we just need to figure out how to get out of here."
"Jack? Isabelle?" The frantic scream echoed down the hall.
"Doctor!" I yelled smiling. We were back together. He then also turned the corner, and ran towards us. "What did I tell you guys? We were to stick together so no one would get killed."
"Hey, you were the first to leave" Jack pointed out.
"Well it was worth it, because I found a way out! Follow me." The Doctor ran down the hall, and turned right. We waited a minute, then he ran back and stood across from us. "Wrong way." I smiled, and he smiled back then ran down the other hall. I ran after him, dragging Jack behind me. After turning a few corners, we found the Doctor standing in the console room. "Well that was a fun day of adventuring the TARDIS! She always has something new for us." The Doctor pulled some levers and turned some dials. "So where to next?"
"We should probably tell him." Jack whispered in my ear. I nodded as a lump formed in my throat.
"Doctor?" I asked.
"Yup?" He didn't look up from the board.
"Can you come over here for a minute?"
"I'm busy being clever."
"Doctor!" Jack yelled. It got his attention. "We have something to tell you." The Doctor walked over, a concerned look in his face. Jack snaked his arms around me in comfort.
"We're leaving." The Doctor stopped walking.
"You- you're leaving?" I nodded as a tear rolled down my face. His expression radiated pain. He hated being lonely, but it was a decision Jack and I had made a while ago. "But why?"
"We want to get married" I replied looking at Jack. "We want to settle down. I know he's immortal and all, but I'm happy with him."
"And I'll have to watch her die, but it's a price I'm willing to pay." Suddenly, the TARDIS crashed, causing us all to fall on our knees. The Doctor went to open the door, but as soon as he did, five Suntarans entered. Without a word, one of them shot Jack, and he fell back down, unconscious. I knelt down beside him, and the Doctor stood in front of the aliens.
"What do you want?" He hissed. "Why did you shoot him?!"
"We have orders. We don't mean any harm to you or the girl. We just want the immortal one."
"Well you're not getting him." I stood up and walked next to the Doctor. Jack started to stir, and they shot him again. The Doctor and I were pushed to the side, each being held by two Suntarans. The fifth one grabbed Jack by the collar of his shirt.
"Just let them take me. I'll be back, trust me" Jack said, barely conscious.
"I love you" I whispered as he was taken away.
"I love you too" he replied. One of the Suntarans let go of me and grabbed Jack at his feet. "It was nice knowing you Doctor" he smirked. The Doctor nodded.
"Doctor? What does he mean?" I looked over at Jack. "What are you talking about? Jack, what are you talking about?!"
"I'll be thinking about you every waking moment."
My last image of Jack was when he looked back at me, saying those words. His eyes were shining with tears, and he shot me that signature smirk.
The two Suntarans threw him out of the TARDIS, into the open universe, than teleported back to there ship.
"NO!" I screamed, running to the doorway. I looked down to see him rapidly falling deeper into space. "Come on Doctor, we need to save him!"
"I can't" he barley croaked.
"You're the Doctor, of course you can."
"No, I can't!" He slammed his fists against the console. "I don't know what speed he's going at. I don't know the trajectory at which he was thrown so how am I supposed to get the coordinates? He'll be falling through space for infinity, unless he hits a planet or gets picked up by someone." The Doctor paused and took in a shaky breath. "And there's nothing I can do."
*end*
That was the last time I ever saw Jack. The Doctor and I tried looking for him but he was no where to be found. After about a week of searching I finally gave up on the hope of ever seeing him again.
I felt tears running down my cheeks.
"J-Jack is that y-you?" I croaked.
The 11th's Doctors voice broke through the silence that formed between the figure and I.
"Don't listen to him! He's not real"
"Isabelle listen, do not touch that window!" My doctor added. I didn't know where their voices were coming from, all I could do was stare at the window.
"Isabelle! Please!" I stepped in front of the window.
"No!"
The second my hand touched the glass an electric shock shot through my arm and traveled through my body. The next thing I know everything went black.
