It's almost been a year since you started dating Grayson and you couldn't be happier. He gave you everything and did what ever he could do to keep you happy. Every time you were with Grayson, he made you feel so special. You loved him so much and he loved you even more. You thought of the two of you as the most ideal couple ever. He got you chocolates and flowers when your red friend came along and always tolerated you when you weren't in a good mood. Gray never got angry with you. He was extremely protective of you which you found adorable.
Because you and Grayson have been together for almost a year, you were both planning something special. Grayson and Ethan came over to your apartment to discuss what you could do. It was awkward with both of the boys. When you suggested ideas, they kind of blew all of them off. You a had a sudden thought that they might have something planed already. You got up from the table and went to the could hear somethings Ethan and Grayson were saying but only a little, their voices were very muffled through the bathroom walls.
"So what should we donEthan? I really want to make this anniversary special for y/n. I don't want to disappoint her." Grayson said.
"Well maybe you could take her to the beach house we bought ages ago." Ethan suggested.
"You know, that's not such a bad idea. Bu-" Grayson stopped short, he just realized something. "Yo Ethan, y/n went to the toilet, the bathroom is right next to this room. We should probably stop talking about this here." Grayson said to Ethan. "That's probably smart. We should wait till we get back to our place."
You came out of the bathroom to see Ethan and Grayson standing up getting ready to leave.
"Where are you guys going?" You asked with confusion.
"We just remembered we have some really important things to cover. We will catch up tomorrow ok?" Grayson said.
You were disappointed, you loved hanging out with the boys and you thought that having you 1 year coming up, that at least Grayson would stay for that little bit more after Ethan left.
"Ok." You said glumly. Grayson noticed the way you said that, so he gave you a hug and kissed you. When they left your apartment, you closed the door and sat on the couch. You turned on the tv and heard your phone buzz. It was Grayson checking you were ok.

G: are you ok? Sorry we had to leave in you like that.
Y: oh that's ok. You had stuff to do.
G: thx for understanding babe.
Y: you welcome bub
G: I love it when you call me that.

You blushed so much. You knew that Grayson cared about you.
