Bokuto x reader

The Owl Boy

It was your first day at Fukurōdani high, and you were nervous. More nervous than you've ever been mostly because you never really looked on the bright side of things, especially if it came to things like this. A new school, new people, and all sorts of things that happen on your first day of school. You put on your uniform and headed down stairs. You didn't even bother calling your parents names knowing they're probably at work. So you toasted some bread and headed out the door. As you were walking you hear a boy yelling "Akaaaaaaashi! Hurry up! We're gonna be laaaaaaaaate!" "I'm coming. And we're not gonna be late so relax." You turned around and saw a boy with black and white hair running straight to you. "Ah!" You fell on the ground and hovering over you was the boy with the black and white hair, but getting a closer look at him his hair reminded you of the great horned owl. "Ah! S-sorry!" "Get off her." "R-right s-sorry...you ok?"  "Yeah, I-I'm ok." "Sorry about him he's very clumsy." Akaashi rolled his eyes about Bokuto for being so careless. "HEY! I'M NOT CLUMSY THIS WAS ONE TIME AKAASHI!" You giggled at the owl boy who was acting like a child. "Oi! Why are you laughing?" After those words came out his mouth everything went silent. You bowed your head and ran down the hill. You felt so embarrased and your face was heating up, so you ran to make sure he didn't see you like that. 

~~~TIME SKIP TO CLASS~~~ As you walked in the classroom your bangs covered your eyes as you looked down at your feet. "Class, This is our new student (y/n) (L/n). How 'bout you introduce yourself?" You didn't like talking especially to other students who might make fun of you. You shook your head no and took a seat in the last row and started copying notes on the board. 2 minutes later, Bokuto and Akaashi walk in and bowed to your sensei. "Why are you two late?" "Well uh funny story, me and Akaashi were walking to school but then I bumped into this girl and then I-" "That's enough take your seats gentlemen." The boys took their seats and Bokuto's was right next to yours. He glanced at you and realized you were the girl who bumped into him earlier. "Psst." "Huh?" "Oi. It's me the guy from before. I didn't catch your name?" "Oi! No talking!" Yelled your sensei. Bokuto started writing on a piece of paper and handed it to you. "What's your name?" You replied "It's (y/n) (l/n)."  You handed him back the piece of paper. He smiled and wrote, "That's a pretty name, it suits you."  You blushed a little at the comment  but continued copying your notes. After class ended you walk out the classroom and headed to your next class. 

~~~TIME SKIP TO LUNCH~~~ Your stomach was growling you didn't get to finish your toast since it fell on the floor when you fell. ~Riiiiiing~ Finally it was time for lunch! You headed to the rooftop and took out your bento box that you made yourself. You sat the bench alone until you saw the owl boy with Akaashi coming to you. "Hey hey hey (y/n) chan!" You waved a little. "Can we sit here?" You nodded. "Thanks!" His smile made you melt and making you blush intensely as he did. "You don't talk very much huh?" You nodded. "Well, why not?" You shrugged. "Well can you at least say something?" "Can you just let her be." "Oi do you wanna see us practice volleyball after school?" You nodded. "Great!" You three continued to eat until the bell rang for next period. 

~~~TIME SKIP TO AFTER SCHOOL~~~ You headed to the gym and sat by the bleachers sketching Bokuto and you together. you smiled as you drew the 2 of you happy together. The boys already started practicing and it was time for their water break so Akaashi got his water and walked over to you. "So you like  to draw?" You nodded. "What are you drawing" He looked over your shoulder and saw a picture of you and Bokuto holding hands, you hugging him, and kissing him. Your face was bright red. Akaashi's face turned a light shade of pink and then turned into a sly grin. "ohhh you like Bokuto san don't you?" You nodded a bit. Akaashi smiled. "You should go talk to him." You shook your head and held your sketchbook close to your chest. "Your shy I get it, so I'll get you to talk to him. Mmmm? How does that sound?" You nodded. "Akaashi! Let's go!" Said the owl boy. "I'm going." You put your sketch book to the side and watch the boys practice. Bokuto was waiting for a pass to Akaashi but he got impaient  and started scolding him. "Akaaaaashi! Pass! Pass!" "Can you wait a sec." "Nooooooooo I want you to pass to me nooooooow!" "Akaashi ignored him and kept practicing. Bokuto sat down with his arms wrapped around his legs. "That's it Akaashi don't toss to me anymore!" "Ugh come on Bokuto get up." "no." "ok fine." Akaashi walks over to you and tells you to follow him. "Can you cheer him up please. We need him to practice." You nodded. You walked over by the corner where Bokuto was sitting. You tapped on his shoulder. "What do you want Akaashi." "It's not Akaashi." "Wha- (y/n)? You're talking!" "Can you please practice they need you out there." He smiled. "I'll practice in return for you talking!" Your heart melted again as he smiled at you running back on the court. 

~~~AFTER PRACTICE~~~ You grabbed all your stuff and was about to head out the door when you hear Bokuto calling your name. "(y/nnnnnnnn)!" "Y-yeah." "Can I uh walk you home...just so you don't get hurt." "Ok I'd like that." You blush and kept walking.
